Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Changshu

To me it is mostly difficult to rate the locatiion; I knew before that there is nothing super special around. My room was as clean as you can clean an old room. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Overall I think it is too expensive.

Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.

The room was great, the hotel buffet breakfast was delicious, I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, this is one of the top three in terms of value for money! There is also a swimming pool, tea, and even the hair dryer is from Lifen. If you come to Changshu, you must stay at this hotel. Miss Bao at the front desk is super considerate!

109th hotel with baby punch card. It turns out that Huazhu Tongdui has a loss of blood, and the price of the calendar room is more cost-effective than Tongdui. Thanks also to the young lady at the front desk for upgrading the room type, I can comfort myself that the room has become bigger  The hotel is located opposite the scenic Hengyu Old Street. You need to take the scenic shuttle bus to check in (free of tickets). There is a reception center in the parking lot for waiting for the bus. The room type is a retro villa, the interior is spacious, providing welcome fruits and snacks. It was still cold without turning on the air conditioner in advance, and it hit 22 degrees after about 2 hours. The overall service is still online, the restaurant can choose not many categories and the price is high, and the lobby door is written with butter noodles 38, and the restaurant menu is 58, which is very fascinating.

Service: Very online, the standard it should be Facilities: The parent-child room is very thoughtful, with many small ornaments I originally thought that you, a business hotel, would have a parent-child room, but it turned out to be quite good. However! The room is small, and the game mat is laid in the aisle. The child forgets and steps on it with his outside shoes. I am so worried. Can you change to a bigger room for the parent-child room? Disadvantages: The breakfast table was too late, and the toppings were not replenished in time. The chef was so anxious that he called the person next to him to replenish the toppings quickly, but it was still too late The air conditioner was set to 26 degrees for several hours and still did not reach 26 degrees. It was set to 28 degrees for a whole night and still did not reach 26 degrees. I felt a little cold 😂 Overall, I would go there again for the parent-child room

Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Changshu International Hotel and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience.Special thanks to Hall Manager Xiaomao(小毛), who made my staying experience more colorful！He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable all the time. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants or helping me navigate the city, he was always available to assist me.Overall, my stay at Changshu International Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Changshu. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing their outstanding service once again.

This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge. If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door! I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

Stayed at Hilton Longteng for two nights. The room was large and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the beautiful scenery of Qin Lake. The experience was great. The hotel is luxuriously designed, the rooms are decorated in a high-end manner, and the executive rooms enjoy afternoon tea, which is very warm. During the stay, the elderly accidentally fell and asked for help from the hotel. The staff quickly handled it. Special thanks to the three staff members who were busy on the scene, Ivan, Carlos and a lady (I didn't write down her name in a panic). The three were very considerate and accompanied us throughout the whole process, helping us contact the hospital and the vehicle, and carrying the luggage until we were sent to the car, which greatly reduced our anxiety and was very considerate.

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

The room was clean and tidy, and the waiters were warm. Facilities: complete air conditioning sound is light, does not affect the rest, the location is excellent, the travel is convenient, the attractions are only a few minutes away, eating is also convenient, the hotel has a restaurant, affordable, there are many snack bars nearby, like to eat noodles. There are 3 next to it, I like the fish noodles very much.
