Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

He was always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable all the time. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants or helping me navigate the city, he was always available to assist me.Overall, my stay at Changshu International Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Changshu. This is a great hotel, they even let me book in before 12m, and they always provide the best suit. The ladies at the front desk will do everything on their hands to make your stay pleasurable. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I always feel very welcomed, and I also appreciate the excellent service they consistently offer.

The location is excellent, close to Q Gate of Yushan Ancient City and opposite Yushan. From the hotel room window, you can see the magnificent towers and mountains. It is within walking distance to libraries, museums, Weng Tonghe’s former residence Q, etc. When you go out in the evening, go to the right and pass by Fangta Garden. Next to it is the bustling commercial street, where you can taste local food. The hotel's restaurant has an elegant environment, Chinese retro style and light colors. The lobby is in European style, gorgeous and elegant.

The room is very cozy with warm lighting and exquisite decoration. Xiao Zhu at the front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically. The housekeeper Xiao Dong also introduced the surrounding attractions and food. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the details are full. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel restaurant has a rich breakfast, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is superb. I will choose this place next time I travel!

This is a warm Hilton Hotel. The staff in the hotel are warm and thoughtful. Hana, the check-in staff, was quick and efficient. She also introduced the hotel's facilities and business hours to me, which made me feel warm when I first arrived. The room is impeccable! Spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing of the room is very good, so there is no need to worry about outside interference, and you can enjoy the rest time facing Qin Lake. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the Crab Tree Green Apple toiletries are of high quality, and every detail is handled just right. The hotel's dining also left a deep impression on me. The breakfast is rich and varied, with a combination of Chinese and Western cuisine. At the same time, the entertainment facilities are also complete, the gym equipment is advanced, and the swimming pool water is clear. The hardware facilities and software services of Changshu Hilton have reached the five-star standard, which exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is quite new, with good facilities, convenient bedside charging, and good service attitude. Simona added WeChat in advance before departure, booked a buffet dinner for us, upgraded the lake view room, and prepared children's toiletries in advance. She was warm and thoughtful. The restaurant waiter was careful to observe and saw the child picking up the food on the ground, and immediately took a disinfectant towel to wipe the child's hands. The details were praised. The hotel opened in 2003. The whole family went to Yangcheng Lake to eat hairy crabs. Due to the high price of hotels in the core area, we chose Changshu Nikko Hotel (15 minutes drive). The experience was good, the facilities were complete, and the bathrooms were all TOTO brand. It was very good.
