the room stank from the sink and toilet. We asked at the reception to change rooms and they changed our rooms within 10 minutes. this is great, again a plus in favor of the professional reception

夏天 is a great staff with excellent service.

First of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected. First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9. Second, the check in process was very fast and professional. Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft. Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat. Our family is really satisfied and happy to choose this hotel on our tour with trips.com.Thank You

Good location with a few step to MRT . There are a few supermarket at Lobby area . Breakfast also provide with local Chinese food .

Locations is very good , the exit (5 & 9 ) of Chaoyangmetro Station is right beside the hotel main lobby. Very convenient for those travellers who like to travel by metro Room is clean. Strongly recommend.

The hotel is close to subway station. The room was clean and nice. Hotel facilities and amenities were great. There was two convenient stores next to lobby. Happy to stay this place.

The location of the hotel is great . The staff are very friendly and polite . Whenever I go to Changsha I like to stay there . Most of the places are not far from where the hotel is located . They don't have food service , I always order from outside . The facilities they have is good .

So glad I chose this hotel! The location is very good, since the metro station is right here. The service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The amenities are also a plus. Love the lavender sent. All in all great stay. So good that I extended my stay.

We chose to stay in Lavande hotel during our trip to Changsha. The location is fantastic, less than half a minute away from the metro and it took max 20 minutes from the hotel to all the important destinations around the city. The room was well-furnished, with all facilities included. The breakfast mostly consisted of typical Chinese food but still not bad. I mostly enjoyed the background music we had in the shower and the smart curtain. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Changsha!
