This hotel is always awesome. Even when they had to make some last-minute changes, the staff was super helpful and worked hard to find the best solution for me.

Very poor experienced for staying 7 nights here, poor A/C conditions, poor service by the staffs. Never to return here again. Cannot sleep well any night stayed due to very hot A/C conditions. Request to change the room but no respond and sent the fan instead.

Invited for a wedding which was at the Hotel. Rooms are spacious and nice. Swimming pool was ok, nothing special. Great for the kids, the Amusement park and Swimming Indoor Park were close by and easy to get to from the Hotel!

Everything is good. I have stayed here many times. The hotel is very quiet and has a good view. The front desk arranged a late check-out for the afternoon train ticket. When I left, Cui Wencong at the front desk also gave me some fruit. I will come again next time.

The hotel is very large, close to Chaohu Lake, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and rich breakfast. Every service staff is warm and polite, and the experience is very good! Especially the front desk Lu Yufan warmly received, actively coordinated breakfast needs and handled the ticket procedures for tours, and sent the luggage to the room. The hotel has a beautiful environment and high-end atmosphere. Whether it is the surrounding environment when entering the hotel or the hygiene in the room, the staff I met along the way are so outstanding and enthusiastic. The room staff Shi Ailan was warm and thoughtful during my stay. She guided me, took me to the room, and introduced the surrounding environment, which made me feel that the city of Hefei has added a touch of warmth.

Originally, I planned a short Mid-Autumn Festival holiday: 3-4 days trip to Hefei (departure on the evening of September 13-return on September 16) ~ 3 nights of accommodation were arranged in this hotel ~ But due to the typhoon entering ~ I cancelled one night of accommodation and returned one night earlier. I didn't have time to slowly experience this beautiful hotel by Chaohu Lake. In terms of cost performance, it must be 5 stars. The room I booked is 650+/night for a king-size bed room with two breakfasts. The hotel room is 55 square meters, very spacious, and has a balcony ~ The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet and secluded, by Chaohu Lake. It's a pity that the time for this trip to Hefei was compressed too short There was no time to immerse myself in Chaohu Lake ~ The hotel's breakfast has to be said to be very good Especially for this accommodation price. It is my favorite part of the entire hotel. There are both Chinese and Western styles. My family likes Chinese style, but I prefer Western style. There are many types of breakfast and the quality is very good. They can satisfy and take care of everything. I didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities in the hotel. But overall, the impression is very good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
