Great hotel, good breakfast, recommended for business travelers

Weather was cold. The staff mannigg by entrance door are all excellent, reception mostly good too ( depending on timing ) Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman. Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere. Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

They upgraded the rooms for free!

It was so satisfying to choose Sanjing Wellesley Hotel for this trip to Changsha! First of all, there is a special butler service, which notifies me in advance and helps me upgrade the room type very considerately, making my stay more comfortable! The hotel also provides airport pick-up service. The driver, Master Zhan, is very nice and came to the airport to pick me up on time. The service attitude is very good and it is a five-star rating! The hotel environment is very clean and tidy, and free items are also provided in the room. The space is large and the big bed is very comfortable. If I come to Changsha next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The overall experience is quite bad, it feels like a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. I had to wait for half an hour to check in. There was only one front desk to check in. The environment was quite depressing. The room facilities were also relatively old. There was no smart home. The sinks were broken and very inconvenient. The service was also average. It took nearly 20 minutes for the robot to deliver a takeaway. The attitude was not very good when I called to inquire. It felt that no matter what position the staff was, they were not very professional. The sound insulation was also average. I was always startled by the sound of the door slamming outside at 9 or 10 in the morning. The check-in experience was quite bad. I don't recommend it.
