The room was super clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I had a rare good night's sleep amidst the bamboo forest. 🍽 Dining: I highly recommend their home-style dishes! The bamboo fungus feast was incredibly delicious, the ingredients were very fresh, and the chef's skills were outstanding. The price was a bit inflated, and the apple water in the minibar was almost a week past its expiration date—I only noticed after taking a couple of sips. The second-floor windows and skylight provided very poor light blocking. Even with all the room lights off, the entire second floor was still brightly lit, despite contacting staff who resolved the issue quickly. Turning off the lights only slightly improved the situation. However, the service during my stay was consistently excellent."

I went downstairs at 9:30 and there was no one at the front desk. I called but no one answered. I had no choice but to call the boss. It was only then that an older woman came out from the kitchen and said it was 9:40 and time for lunch as there was no breakfast. Then I called the boss again. The boss was also actively solving the problem and asked me to cook noodles for him. It was obvious that the eldest sister was not very willing to do so. The room leads to the terrace through an ordinary door, not a security door. The terrace outside is connected to the mountain. At night, we used two large chairs to hold the door. The boss was very confident in security, so we felt relieved. The hot water was also fast. It might be more convenient to install a makeup mirror at the washbasin. The other facilities in the room were OK. I think the price of more than 600 during the May Day holiday is acceptable. 2. In terms of service, I think it is very good in Shunan Bamboo Sea. We have 3 adults and 1 child. The boss also gave the children disposable slippers. Drinking water is also free in addition to 2 bottles. There were only two breakfasts in the room, and the boss also exempted one adult and one child. The attitude of other service staff was also very good. 3. The sanitation is OK. One bad thing is that the spare bedding is randomly put into the closet. Although I didn't use it, it was not good. 4.
