"I stayed at this newly opened hotel for four days during the National Day holiday. Facilities: Since it's new, everything was okay. However!! The elevator was terrible; you had to wait a very long time to get on in the morning. If there was a banquet at the restaurant downstairs, you just had to wait. Cleanliness: One night when I returned, I found my room hadn't been cleaned, and there wasn't even any replenished bottled water. This was the first time I'd encountered this situation in so many hotels. I called the front desk, and they coldly replied, "Oh, maybe we were busy and forgot," without a single word of apology. After waiting for almost half an hour, someone came, did a quick clean of the bathroom, and said, "Anyway, you're going to sleep soon, so I won't make the bed." Even if the bed didn't need to be made, shouldn't the guests have asked? From the front desk to the housekeeping, is this how your service industry is? 👎👎👎 The service was extremely inadequate. The breakfast was very bland. I'm not particularly picky about food, but this breakfast was really disappointing. I ended up eating noodles outside. The soundproofing was terrible. I needed to wear earplugs to sleep so I wouldn't be woken up by the sound of doors closing early in the morning. Anyway, I'll never come back to Changning."

The family room had decent size bunk beds with slides. The throw pillows and stuffies are less than clean to be honest. The outlets were poorly add-ons than were either not working nor safely fitted if you are traveling with young children. We don’t recommend this one for families with young children."

I happened to be there when they added soy milk and tofu pudding to their breakfast menu; the soy milk was fragrant and the tofu pudding was smooth and delicate. It's a hotel with a very Home Inn-like feel, and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Changning again."

The chef’s cooking skills are super good, better than the meals we ate outside, and the price is cheaper, with a very high cost-effectiveness. He also made us supper 4. "The so-called "grand courtyard" truly lived up to its name; it was indeed a large courtyard nestled against a hillside. The hillside was covered in bamboo groves, dotted with wildflowers and wild fruits, as well as some unfamiliar poisonous mushrooms—the kind that would get you seriously injured if you ate them. To be fair, the rooms on the waterside had a fantastic view and even a hammock, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. However, we ultimately chose the mountainside rooms—quieter and cheaper—since we were determined to hike through the scenic area and wouldn't return until dark, as you couldn't see anything after that anyway. Downstairs, you could order food; the most affordable option was the hot pot. The 128 yuan set meal included six or seven kinds of mountain delicacies, various bamboo shoots and mushrooms, a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and tasted delicious—a truly satisfying and hearty meal. After eating, we went upstairs to settle in for bed and discovered the toilet was clogged. The owner, without even having eaten, put down his chopsticks and immediately came to unclog it for us. For that service alone, I have to give it a 5-star rating."

"1. The standard room I booked has a bed of 1.5m, with a balcony and terrace. If you stay for one night, the terrace can be ignored. The room leads to the terrace through an ordinary door, not a security door. The terrace outside is connected to the mountain. At night, we used two large chairs to hold the door. The boss was very confident in security, so we felt relieved. The hot water was also fast. It might be more convenient to install a makeup mirror at the washbasin. The other facilities in the room were OK. I think the price of more than 600 during the May Day holiday is acceptable. 2. In terms of service, I think it is very good in Shunan Bamboo Sea. We have 3 adults and 1 child. The boss also gave the children disposable slippers. Drinking water is also free in addition to 2 bottles. There were only two breakfasts in the room, and the boss also exempted one adult and one child. The attitude of other service staff was also very good. 3. The sanitation is OK. One bad thing is that the spare bedding is randomly put into the closet. Although I didn't use it, it was not good. 4. The B&B is in the scenic area, so you have to rely on the restaurant of this B&B for meals. The taste is good and very local. There is also a portion of burning noodles for breakfast. The tea served with the meal is amazing. The owner said it is called bamboo orchid tea, but I couldn't find it online. 5. We stayed one night on the 4th and left on the 5th.
