Room & lobby design full of ZEN feel, top notch service, highly recommend

Amazing hotel, interior design is very neat and the service is great. Is a bit far from Aranya town but they have shuttle buses all the time going there. I would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality. Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t! In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

We had a very wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was spacious, loved the bath and the bed was so comfortable and HUGE. The swimming pool is also very kid-friendly. We really enjoyed exploring Anaya town using the buggy service. Will definitely return.

Bad service and one of the staff stole my AirPods. The hotel itself is nice but not 5 star — 4 star maybe. No gym. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very good. Every staff is very gentle. The shuttle bus is also very fast. It is rainy or shine. The guest manager Xiao Tan is also very good. He also gave us body lotion and snacks. I will stay in Yinlu next time.

As soon as I entered the room, I saw the pure wood color, spacious and warm. The most surprising thing was the large hot spring bath in the room. When I came back tired from playing at night, I filled it with hot water, added the bath salts and oranges that the hotel thoughtfully prepared, and took a hot bath. All the fatigue of the whole day was dissipated. I also experienced meditation, which allows me to start a self-healing anytime and anywhere. The service is very good, responsive and considerate. A great stay experience! I did a lot of homework in the early stage and finally chose Yinlu. I thought it would be far away from the core play area as described on the Internet, which would be more troublesome, but it was not! The hotel's shuttle buses are not worried about not being able to return to the hotel! And the distance is not very far, it can be reached in a few minutes! Not to mention the hotel environment! Water, drinks and snacks are all you can drink and eat! The breakfast buffet is very convenient! There are many choices! I ate three bowls of hot and sour beef noodles in golden soup at a time! The service attitude and solution efficiency are top-notch! As soon as I checked in, I added the contact information to provide 1v1 service! Speaking of this, thank you again to the guest relations manager Xiao Hu! I will recommend good places to eat, drink and have fun at the first time! If there are any questions, they will reply immediately without any delay! The friendly service attitude also made our experience upup this time! In short, it’s right to choose Yinlu!

She helped me arrange the room as soon as possible when she saw that I was with my baby, sent me check-in tips and the canteen menu, and asked me if I needed to clean the bathtub, prepare a foot bath, and change pillows at night, and if I needed to delay check-out.
