It was amazing to enjoy the great service the first step in the stuff on the doir handover a tissue gor wiping my glasses all the staff very kind and helpful a great value for money the rooms very nice and clean the TCM treatment at his own class an highlight was the outdoor pool

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. We will definitely come back again and again. Thank you 💚

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

A fabulous hotspring resort with many baths to choose from. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with good view of the springs or garden. Staff are pleasant and hotel is exquisite.

We got the deluxe room and it was big and clean and very nice. We had the breakfast buffet, there were Chinese dishes and not so much western food, but it was delicious. The kids play area was also super clean, my baby and daughter enjoyed it very much. The hot Spring was amazing and clean, overall it was a great experience, definitely will come back!

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

We really enjoyed our trip as a family in a Deluxe room. Very convenient to use the hot springs, restaurant with delicious Chinese food, breakfast also great (not too many 'western' things though, but great Chinese food). The service both of restaurant staff and hotel staff was excellent - a big "thank you" to Mr Wang Chunsheng, who took great care of us!

From the moment we parked our car, every service staff at the hotel was super nice, very user-friendly and flexible. Although the hotel is an established one, all facilities are kept very clean and complete. It was a very satisfying family trip!

The hotel service is perfect. I have visited many times. The staff is friendly and the service is perfect. The treatment of children is even better. The housekeeper also thoughtfully gave small dolls and cakes, which the children liked very much.

This time, the experience at Guoxin Nanshan Hotel was impeccable! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by the warm and elegant environment. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, and the bedding is so comfortable that you can sleep well all night. I have to praise the hotel housekeeper Yufeng, whose service is meticulous and warm. She prepared gifts at check-in, cared about our situation at any time during the tour, gave reasonable suggestions in time, and responded to all requests, making me feel at home. The hotel's dining is also great, with fresh ingredients and tasty cooking. The surrounding scenery is even more beautiful, whether it is a leisure walk or taking photos and checking in. I sincerely recommend Guoxin Nanshan Hotel and look forward to coming again next time!

We upgraded the parent-child room, gave the children hot spring tickets and breakfast, and the service was super good. The hot spring area is the biggest highlight, with a wide variety of rose springs for beauty and beauty, and Chinese medicine springs for relaxation. The water temperature is just right. The water is clear and clean, and the skin is smooth after soaking. Surrounded by green plants, it creates a private and cozy atmosphere.

The check-in experience was very good. It was my child's birthday, so I upgraded the room for free and made a warm decoration. The service staff at the front desk and in various departments were very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The details made people feel warm and attentive. The housekeeper Zheng Zheng's service is warm, considerate and thoughtful, comparable to luxury hotels. He specially prepared a fruit plate for the children and gave them extra hot spring tickets. The milk before bed was sweet and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there were many types of indoor and outdoor hot springs. The experience was very good.
