"This is a hotel with the worst service. There is only one staff member at the front desk. He turned a deaf ear to my calls during check-in, didn't even raise his head, ignored the guests, and just chatted on his phone. When we checked out, a group of people were queuing up to get their tax invoices, so we, the tenants who were checking out and getting our deposits refunded, had to wait in line as well. During breakfast, the man sitting at the door was not sure whether he was the boss or the security guard. He crossed his legs and stretched out his hand to ask passengers for breakfast coupons. All the staff had stern faces, which was intimidating. All these make passengers feel very uncomfortable. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, but the management is not good, and you have to wait for a parking space when you drive in. The breakfast has few varieties and is not tasty."

We borrowed a utility knife from them for New Year's Day fireworks, but because it was crowded and I couldn't remember where I put it, I didn't return it immediately. When we checked out, the front desk staff mentioned this, and I genuinely apologized. I apologized and said I'd return it that afternoon, but they ignored me completely, not even looking up. I repeated myself several times, but they just wouldn't respond, acting all high and mighty. Okay, I gave them 30 yuan as compensation for the knife, thinking that was the end of it. But when my family went to retrieve their belongings that afternoon, the front desk staff were impatient and dismissive, and even asked them for the utility knife, demanding they return it as soon as possible.
