The Hotel’s structure, appearance, presentation, reception, bar and kitchen, Rooms and View are top class and 5 star rating. Even though we slept for one night, the experience was out of this world. By far Cape Town deserves its flowers as no Provinces comes close to the cleanliness and tourism standards. You get a view of the Table Moutain as well

The hotel looks good from the outside but when you enter the room , its a different story. The design of the hotel room does not allow any privacy. The room is basically a studio. The person on the bed can see the person bathing. The room is also very small. The breakfast options are limited. The reception people do not follow instructions. There is no communication between receiption and house keeping. If you ask for a late checkin you need to call to constantly remind them. The systems of the hotel are poor. Expect them to tell you tk pay even though payment was made weeks ago. Housekeeping randomly walking into our room which was embarrasing and scary. There is no privacy clearly.

After long days of meetings, it was a relief to enter a clean and modern looking room with all the comforts I would need for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel meant it was easily accessible and central for all our meeting delegates. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing fist stay for business travel. Clean rooms, great location and friendly staff. Will take more advantage of the views and the bar and restaurant. Hoping to come back for my next trip back to Cape Town.

The location,staff and rooms are such a pleasure to visit. Would definitely recommend.The proximity to so many amenities was very convenient and it was a great opportunity to join community wellness initiatives like the park run that passes by the Hotel.
