A nice and comfort hotel that attached to DP mall semarang with chic and modern looks. It was a 3 star hotel with stylish ambience and clean as well tidy. Perfect for solo or family traveler who love to explore city and its surroundings because rooms inc located in the center of semarang city and walking distance to the famous Lawang Sewu tourist destination. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfy with standard amenities. if you need any other things you can ask/call the hotel staff. The foods are many variant and changes each day as the taste are ok but good enough to accomodate your morning breakfast. Also try their other menu from the restaurant, it has a lit of options with reasonable price. The lobby area are cool with the pool table and cozy sofas, you can hang out for hours just for work or doing tour own studf with your laptops. Shopping and other foods you can find just besode the hotel as DP mall attached to it. from morning to midnight. The location also very near to any other attraction or tourist spot in town so it is easy to getting around. Finally the staff are great and polite with their warm hospitality đđ»

The location is in the alley, so it is a bit narrow, but there are many rooms inside.. the cleanliness is super, although the guesthouse class is similar to a 3-star hotel. The air conditioner is cold, with the price of 130 is very worthwhile, the facilities are the best

Very Good
CCiauciauThis is an old hotel but surprisingly very well maintained. The stay is good and they had event on new yearâs eve.Â
Check in was smooth and quick. Room was spacious and for twin room, the bed was circa 120 x 200.Â
Toilet was clean with bath tub, shower room and bidet. Amenities were rather unsatisfying tho.Â
Over all, it was a good stay.

CChristiawanThe issue regarding the WiFi. The WiFi tends to reconnect all yhe time on my iPhone 15 Prowhile particularly it was connected before. While it cannot connect at all on my Macbook and my Samsung Galaxy S22. This issue did not occurred on other POP hotels I have visited in other cities. To be honest this is irritating. The service was well. The amenities was not great either but its ok for I bring mine. WiFi was the issue. As a digital nomad. You can rely on.

NNouveau82Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

EEno NoeEverything was okey. The place is close enough with a famous lunpia store and other restaurant. The room is clean and fancy with an artwork on the wall. They have refrigerator and coffe machine from dolce gusto. Unfortunately they dont serves you with coffee cubes. The menu for breakfast is limited. We dont have more choices but the taste still good enough.

PPatrick BelfastFirstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the âtirednessâ I would recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserItâs my first stay in Louise Kienne Pemuda. I love the fact that it is located in the centre of the city and it is literally next to a shopping mall, only 2 minutes walk, I can actually see the mall through my hotel window. The lobby was clean, the security guard was very respectful, the front desk lady was helpful, I requested room on the high floor and they provided me with my request. The roof top pool is probably what makes this hotel so famous, at night, you can view the whole Semarang city. The house keeping staff was also helpful.
Their breakfast is mostly Indonesian and very few western choices. Not my best breakfast experience but overall I am not complaining because they perform good service.

The room is breakfast included, however they have no restaurant or room service available. The shower head is moldy and dirty, needs a cleaning. The water spreads everywhere, super uncomfortable showering. Staffs are friendly, the breakfast is fine

PPhilippe888I was not expecting such company (ACCOR) or website (CTRIP) to use fake picture to sell a room. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.

BBackupThe location is very strategic, in the middle of the city. The price is affordable. The building is also still new. But the AC isn't cold, and the downside is something you really need to consider: if it rains, it floods! I've read reviews about flooding, I don't think it will be a problem. Turns out it's troublesome
