The restaurant service is very bad

Just the first time, and Kapok, will never go to Daily Inn Cempaka Putih again. Order DELUXE BUT WEIRD, when ordering on trip.com, why is there NO NOTE TO WRITE, request 1 bed... (instead got a note: Random Bed) (Because I ordered several times, via Trip.com, THERE MAY BE A NOTE to request a non-smoking bed or floor...) AS A RESULT, check in came at 13.30, Front Office (FO) a/n Ms Ade, Info we got twin beds. I ask for 1 bed.. (This is where the drama and problems start..) There is an additional 50 thousand, for requests for 1 bed... IT TURNED OUT, THE 1 BED, WAS 2 TWIN BED MADE INTO 1 BED, NOT A QUEEN OR KING SIZE ONE BED... WHAT'S DIFFERENT TO ROOMS WHICH HAVE TWIN BED IN THE BEGINNING? SHOULD, *IF IT IS A QUALITY HOTEL,* GIVE THE BEST SERVICE AND INFORM GUESTS, THAT THIS TWIN BED CAN BE COMBINED, FREE OF CHARGE, Aka FREE.. (AS A FORM OF SERVICE..) THIS IS EVEN A REASON, JOINING 2 BEDS, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE SHEETS, USE A MATTRESS, AND THIS COSTS 50K... I'VE BEEN TO HOTEL FOR EVER, ONLY THIS TIME, COMBINE 2 BED BED, WILL BE CHARGED 50 THOUSAND.. ======================================== THIS WAS AFTER A COMPLAINT AND WE REALIZED THAT THE BED WAS ONLY JOINING, WE CALL TO FO AT 21.00.. Even still pretending that there is a mattress in the middle, it turns out there is NO MATTRESS, IN fact THERE IS A MATTRA IN EACH BED, ACCORDING TO THE PHOTO.. WE WERE PROVIDED A SOLUTION TO MOVE ROOMS, BUT THERE WAS NO VIEW, WHILE IN THE APPLICATION OFFERED THERE WAS A CITY VIEW, CLEARLY WE REFUSED... IT'S LATE AT NIGHT, THERE'S A LOT OF LUGGAGE, WHAT THE ****, HAVE TO CLEAN UP AND MOVE ROOMS.. WITHOUT ANY MORE VIEW.. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE S.O.P IS FOR THIS HOTEL.. WORTH ASKING.. ======================================== HOTELS OF THE SAME CLASS, SUCH AS HOTEL 88, ARE EVEN HAPPILY OFFERING TO REQUEST TO SET UP AT NO CHARGE.. Instead, DAILY INN ASKED FOR 50 thousand, EVEN WHAT WE GOT WAS NOT EVEN QUEEN OR KING SIZE, WHICH MATCHED THE ONE BED DESCRIPTION (2 TWIN BED JOINING ONLY) ======================================== Front Office a/n Mbak Ade, EVEN SAID my order was on trip.com, SHE SAID IT WAS THROWN TO tiket.com. HONESTLY, I DON'T UNDERSTAND MORE... TRIP.COM CAN YOU HELP EXPLAIN, IS THIS TRUE...?? ======================================== Reason depends on bed availability.. It doesn't make sense, a hotel with a capacity of 50 rooms, is it full, and there aren't any single beds?? HAVE PAID AN ADDITIONAL 50 THOUSAND, ONLY GET A BED COMBINED FROM A TWIN BED.. (Floors 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, per floor 10 rooms..) ======================================== THE REVIEW OF THE BREAKFAST MEAL IS USUAL, LESS VARIED AND THE TASTE TENDS TO BE FLAT.. EVEN THE EEG STATION, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT FIRST, THEN IT'S MADE.. THERE'S NOT EVEN MILK.. Even if the fruit takes a long time, it won't be refilled straight away... ======================================== Cleanliness too, the toilet box is dirty... ======================================== TRY LEARN MANAGEMENT FROM ANOTHER BUDGET HOTEL.. AT LEAST, STAY AT HOTEL 88... SEE HOW THE FRONT OFFICE, STAFF, BREAKFAST MENU AND BED REQUESTS WORK.. GET GONE, I WILL NEVER GO TO Daily Inn Cempaka Putih...

For Muslims, you can go to a Muslim-only salon, and the location is strategic, close to good, delicious food

The location is remote, so you have to call a taxi to go to Monas. There is a live cafe in front of it, but it sings until midnight, so sensitive people can be annoyed.

The hotel is okay, typical 3 stars. But the breakfast is a joke 😁. But okay, you can find breakfast outside the hotel because there are lots of places to eat.

Last day to stay here. A hotel with a strategic location and very comfortable
