Horrible hotel but the staff was nice. Why is it horrible? 1) No electricity in a hot humid night. To be clear, all the neighbor buildings had electricity but this hotel. Hello, where was the generator? Oh, I found it on the roof top and not connected to anything. 2) No hot shower. 3) No water from the hand held shower head and the volume from the rain shower head was 'dripping'. Hello, where was the water pressure? Called the front desk and never fixed. 4) The hand held shower head fallen out of the wall. Yes, it was detached. 5) Plugged in a charger for a phone and the power went off in the room. I think something wrong with the electricity wire. Stay away. it is not a safe place.

One of the best hotels in Delhi. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Mr Ankit, Mr Anchit and Mr Abhinav including all the houskeeping staffs provided great service. The food were good and the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely visit again.

In my opinion, definitely not recommended for families. Location of the hotel was good as there was many market areas nearby. The rooms were really small with 0 ventilation, including the hallway to the rooms which smelt like fungus. The rooms has displayed that it was sanitized for our protection, however, had cockroaches roaming freely. Our booking had breakfast included unfortunately. The "restaurant" had roughly 4 tables with only one table able to seat 4. Moreover, the options were limited and the quality was not up to mark.

Nice hotel Walk able distance from karolbagh market and metro station. As soon as I entered the hotel I was impressed by the reception Mr Abhinav and the warmly welcome. Room was very beautiful and comfortable... All hotel staff is very good and calm. My stay in hotel was very fantastic.

Booked Hotel Sunstar Heritage in Delhi on reference of my friend who stayed here a few months ago. After staying here we were satisfied by the cleanliness improved . The best part is that it is a luxury hotel with very moderate tariff. The staff is very friendly (Abhinav and Mridul) . The location is very near to metro station

We had arrived in Delhi after a long journey to Haridwar We were tired especially because of the hot weather that is during July. Therefore we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Especially we liked Mr Abhinav the hotel manager and all service staff . His care about us was great full and priceless.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff were truly friendly and always eager to assist. Mr. Abhinav, Mr. Mridul, and their team delivered excellent service. The room and bathroom were immaculate, with everything restocked daily. We’ll certainly return to this hotel the next time we’re in Delhi.

Without any doubt, the hotel made our stay wonderful. The staff was really kind and supportive. They guided us to whatever destinations we planned to visit and helped us throughout the process. The front desk, the security, the service people all were kind and friendly. Will visit again soon to have Indian food.

The stay at hotel Sunstar heritage was exceptional. It is close to Karol Bach market. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Helped us navigate through the challenges that we faced during the stay. It was a great stay for sure. The staff was very supportive and the front desk guy, Mr. Mridul and Abhinav were very supportive in every aspect Our family had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was pristine, and the daily housekeeping service was thorough, with fresh towels and supplies always available. I had a lovely time in the hotel with my family. People were absolutely servicing and gentle with us. Thank you Mr Abhinav and every hotel staff. All really careful and nice. I read good reviews before I decided to reserve 6 nights in this hotel. India hotels standard is different, however this hotel deserves better rating. Location: in karolbagh but not in a walking distance to the market which is good for you to have quiet sleep at night.you may need to ride a taxi or rickshaw to reach the nearby ajmal Khan road or ghaffar market. Staff: very polite, helpful and hard workers..when I ask for anything they have prompt response and never let me down.
