Air Conditioning did not work and when requested it be fixed, they just said they would make a report. Never got fixed and when asked about another room I was told that those air conditioners were most likely broke also. Front Desk staff was not friendly.

The man who owns and runs this hotel is a complete and utter menace to public safety. After a recent stay there, I discovered he was forcing his workers who tested positive for COVID to come into work anyway--even when they were SYMPTOMATIC! And then, when their conditions worsened and they were physically unable to come into work, he had the nerve to fire them. Who knows how many workers and guests were exposed to COVID at this place? I have stayed here several times, though the hotel is very tired and outdated, because the location is good and the staff are friendly but I will never stay here again. It's little wonder that the employees here despise the owner and laugh at him behind his back. They call him "El Nefasto" and "El Imbécil."

Por una tarifa mayor nos ofrecieron una habitación en la zona "renovada", que de renovada no tiene nada. No contaba con aire acondicionado. Al ir a reclamar nos dijeron que ya no había habitaciones disponibles. Por lo cual decidimos bajar el equipaje. Al final nos dieron otra habitación, pero tuvimos que subir nuevamente el equipaje. Ni siquiera nos ayudaron a subir el equipaje. Le falta capacitación al personal de recepción.
