Very accomodating and considerate staff. I made mistake twice on booking date but they accomodate my request for a change of date. Thank you so much. Very commendable

Located in a busy area with 7-11, gas station, serval chain restaurants, surrounded by upstairs karaoke bars. No tooth brush/ tooth paste, body wash/ shampoo is included but a single piece thinnest soap. “duvet” is the thinnest cloth of bed sheet on top of a bed sheet. Room overall cleaned is average, ventilation only rely on AC, not as refreshing. The bad or none existing  acoustic wall allowed us to hear all the karaoke from opposite neighbourhood clearly without missing a single note, and it carred on through out mid night and onward. Sensitive sleeper be aware. Self claim 24 hour counter with no staff available from 10pm and onward. I checked out in early midnight to catch flight. No staff is here to return my deposit and check out procedure. Please contact me to return my deposits. A photo is attached for no staff available when I am checked out 03:05am.

I can definitely not recommend staying at this place. Bathroom was very dirty, shower head rusty with brown water dripping, no warm water, very low water pressure. Location is horrible. Window insulation doesn’t exist and you hear the road right next to your ear while sleeping. Curtain is just a thin white sheet and you will have the strong morning sun in your face from 4 am. Staff is very incapable and only does things after asking 10 times and shouting what you need. They lie into your face if they don’t want to do something (for example she said warm water doesn’t work in the whole hotel and after discussing for very long and arguing she showed us another room and the warm water was working perfectly well. Rooms are small and you can barely move. Don’t forget your hairdryer. Avoid this place.

I had a very pleasant stay. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Highly recommended to all.

The room is clean and cozy.

There is only one staff for the front desk and for room service if you have concerns but she is (her name is sweet) very helpful and sweet too. What I don’t like about the room is, no toiletries, no slippers, cold & few water from shower, pillows are smelly.

The hotel has a very nice location. You're like at the center of Sugbu. Its near 7 eleven and a spa. Although the room was small, I really admire its cleanliness and friendly staff. I just have a concern though, the hot cold shower was not properly working. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

I booked the room for my parents & its just perfect because there appointments is just few blocks away. And my mom keep saying that the room is cute & clean, just enough for my mom & dad. The staff are very nice & accomodating. And it is accessible to malls, restaurants & other store just walk ins...

I like location of rhe hotel its in the heart of the city, the staff are very courteous and respectful, and when it comes to food you can choose outside there’s burger king,greenwich amd jollibee at pf course 7/11,, its just a few steps away

Very convenient location, so close to restaurants, fast food, 7-11, laundromat and etc. Booked this for CFO, just 2 minutes walk. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. They have an elevator, convenient for travelers with heavy luggage or bags. My reservation was a queen-sized bed but the room I got was not queen-sized. I requested for the sheet to be changed as it had stains. Take note they require ₱1000 deposit for stains and lost items. So check everything as soon as you get in the room and inform them of any stains and items that aren’t working. The bed is comfortable but the pillows aren’t. TV and AC are both working. Wifi is spotty not good for working purposes. Bathroom needs cleaning. Their toilet bowl has yellowish stain and the walls have dirt marks. Water heater was working fine. Cupboard and flooring need cleaning. Overall it was an ok stay. I’ll book again because of the location and elevator. For the price I think The Rooms by Alinace is better compared to those Reddoorz/ OYO hotels.

Location was great as you can see in the picture it's close to the main road however if you are sensitive to noise you might consider looking for another place. The staff were very friendly. So far our stay here is good. Very convenient because 7/11 is near and a lot of restaurants around. I can say that for its price, it's best already. I also love the fact that burger king is very near and is open 24 hours. There are also many coffee shops around the place and the Robinsons supermarket is just walking distance. Many atm machines and banks in the area where you can withdraw money at anytime. Moreover, price in this app is much better compared to other apps. Take note that the hotel does not have hair dryer and no safety box but that's not a problem for those who just want to have a place to sleep. And I don't think hot shower is working in our room but the last time we check in here, there were no problems. Finally, our overall experience was good. Thank you trip.com and thank you The Rooms.

Very accommodating and near to all fast-food restaurants also to the Mall

We booked the family room for 3 of us. Cons: The room was smaller than we thought and was too crowed. The water pressure from the shower head was too little and the toilet flush was broken on our first day. Pros: The location was great as a lot of fast food nearby, 7/11 and massage was just below the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Would not be staying again if you ask me.
