We had a great time last weekend! Staffs are kind and accommodating. Hotel is just a walking distance from Ayala and there's a convenient store nearby. ^^

Nice and friendly staff. A big shopping mall is close from the hotel but it takes more than 30 mins from airport. Breakfast is good. They serve different menus every morning. The toilet was clean but the shower area wasn't clean. The floor is always slimy and it never has a clean smell. The corridor and room were always extremely smelly. Air-conditioning has a dusty smell too. I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very closed to Ayala malls. It is very accessible to almost everything. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed hotel. Will use again soon. If u want quality, stop looking at hotels under 2k pesos. Especially if you have guests. I'd choose this hotel over a 8k pesos resort hotel. Bfast was different each day & food was warm. We ate such a good breakfast that we skipped lunch.

The location is good close to Ayala Cebu and the suite was clean and decent size. However there was no internet signal throughout the stay in the room. Complained numerous times to the staff but they weren’t able to resolve the issue.

The room is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The Jr. Suite is inexpensive and spacious. The bathroom tub faucet needs maintenance.
The kitchen and wait staff of the hotel isn't great. For instance the service water is often dirty. There are often dirty dishes. The wait staff are below par, often failing to provide basic service (serving the dirty water or clearing away dirty dishes).
The housekeeping staff are super friendly and do a great job.
I think for the price it's a great choice for a hotel.
