I love the room it's clean but I am concern about the shower for there's no direction on how to use it, Far from a convenient store but overall a nice place. thank you Richmond plaza hotel.💖

Location is very accessible. Good place for a good price. Room was spacey enough for 2 people.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location.

Nice place big and clean. The place is very spaciousness and not low also near to any foods and restaurants and mall you enjoy it so much just make sure to use maxim for rides for you to save for the transportation. The staff is very accommodating and friendly the even let me leave my luggage even I already check out since I need to go to Simala.

All in all the service is good. Have a certain issue with the aircon theres a water leakage maybe due to moisture but the staff attended my concern immediately.

Ganda ng service kahit madami akong guest hindi sila strict. Close to Resto. Although the cafeteria has limited food options. They clean everyday. Change towels as well.

It was a good experience to be in the place. However, there are some things I expected before I went there and those did not meet.

Location was good and central. The room I got was very stuffy and because I also had no window, it made it even worse. I asked for a quiet room but got the room right next to the elevator/emergency exit where also the cleaners placed their station right next to my door early next morning at 6 am. And they were pretty loud. There is no hot water and the drain was clogged that I literally only had a couple of seconds of showering before it overflowed. Bed was comfy though.

A Decent Stay, But Some Room for Improvement (3/5) I recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. While there were aspects I appreciated, there were a few areas that could use some enhancement. Accommodation (3/5): The room was clean and adequately furnished, but it felt somewhat outdated. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay. However, a room refresh could elevate the overall experience. Facilities (3/5): The hotel's facilities were functional but too old na, Aircon is too loud 4/5 that you can't sleep. Lights are too old causing overheating temperature.

The location is excellent since it is near Ayala. The room is clean. However, you need to ask for the updated wifi password and it's difficult to secure a service inside the room

All goods narin medio pangit lang po yung pintuan ng napili kong room, saka main po sa lobby, feeling ko nagtitipid sa aircon, pero yung services all goods po siya ... 😎 yung lang po. Then yung mga pavilion medio malayo po sia, wala pong malapit na convenience store. Lakad pa po kau ng 1 to 2 kilometers bago Convinience store. YUN lang po. Salamat

So far, nice nmn yung room. Spacious sya for two. Its just im not used to it Cr na walang bidet :( huhu. I book different hotels same dn wlang bidet. Anyway, the service is okay :) it happened they issued 1 towel and no paie of slippers pero naibigay naman kagad :)

We had a pleasant stay as it's near Ayala Mall. Also, there are a lot of restos around the area. Therenis a nearby puregold and Mcdonalds.
