Ulasan Richmond Plaza Hotel

The staffs were friendly, specially the security guard Mr. Montemayor. The room is clean. Accessible to church. Worth the price.

The location is not really accessible but the staff are so good to the visitors

perfect location, Staff went out of its way always to be helpful, even provided an extension cord for convenience. Definitely recommend.

Okay sana yung location kaso yung amenities specially sa comfort room kulang kulang. But still I might consider this hotel on my next trip coz of the low cost and the location was just nearby to the malls and others. In addition, pakipalitan nyo yung aircon nyo.

No toilet bidet. Shower curtain, rags not neat.

it was not worth coming back. we did not sleep well because the aircon in the room si very loud noice. no service water was given even when you ask for it. considering that me and my wife are both PEOPLE WITH DISSABILITY..

This is our first time hotel booking in Cebu City and it was amazing. The hotel is tidy, spacious and has a perfect view, hotel staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend richmond hotel for every travelers in Cebu City.

I love the room it's clean but I am concern about the shower for there's no direction on how to use it, Far from a convenient store but overall a nice place. thank you Richmond plaza hotel.💖

Im expecting same as the photo na room na pinili namin, price is higher kaya akala namin goods din yung room para worth in din kasi nga pagod galing biyahe need rest kasi may work pa. didnt expect they just gave us very different room than we've expect, ang init sa lobby. Room is ang liit walang tsinelas available. Yung kumot is parang punit na sya or di man lang bago tignan. If youre tired, you just need some rest talaga kaya needed if youre staying at a comfortable place but so sad ganon lang yun. (this is just a review to have some improvements and to provide better service)

No aircon at the lobby,  Elevator needs to be inspected because it automatically closes that may cause accident to customer. No also aircon at elevator. Comfort Room no bidet.

A bit outdated and rundown compared to hotels nearby. Room was okay if you just need a place to sleep and take a shower.

The photos are outdated and the hotel smells like old wood. Also the rooms are not all standard. We were assigned to an ugly room at first room 410 then there are other nicer rooms but I will not recommend this hotel.
