Ulasan One Central Hotel & Suites

Tempatnya bagus. Saya mendapat peningkatan gratis tetapi sedikit kecewa dengan bola lampu di dekat kamar yang nyaman karena tidak berfungsi. Tapi tetap saja itu tempat yang bagus, karyawannya sopan.

The facility is clean and peaceful. The swimming pool is also clean and everyone got to enjoy swimming. The gym is also very nice and not crowded. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Clean and well-presented hotel. I've never experienced a hotel lobby not being on the ground floor (it's on floor 9), but that's no big deal. We stayed in the deluxe twin room. 2 king single beds that can be pushed together if you're a couple. Beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was also very clean. The only issues we had were: WiFi very slow/going in and out of range. Wait times for the elevator were consistently long (3-4mins) Buffet breakfast was delicious! We didn't get the chance to check out the pool as we only stayed overnight.

Great hotel to stay near the city. All city attractions are near and cleanliness is amazing. However they dont accommodate early checkin requests. I had a 3 year old and requested for early checking but they made me wait and wait until finally we mentioned we can pay extra and then they gave us the room at 12 noon (2hrs before standard time) and charged us 1000peso. Very strange however the hotel is at prime location. Swimming pool is very small, we never used it.

This is a review from my 6 y/o daughter. She says she loved the hotel that we stayed in because the bed is sooo soft, it is gold (I think the design) and sooo cold😁 and she wanted to go back because it's bitin daw☺️ My review: The hotel is accessible and near pier 3 that is why we choose to stay in this hotel. But I love it. The room is clean, the Aircon is cold. We did not able to use the bathroom.to shower because we have no time and we need to check out. Even though we stayed short buT I definitely will go back to this hotel when we return to Cebu. The food is great and the staff are courteous and helpful.

maganda ang hotel super nice yun lang yung elevator super tagal ng waiting mo lalo na pag crowded but its worth the stay maraming fastfood sa labas malls and sueprmarket lalakarin mo lang and the south bus terminal nasa likod lang

The location, city center, was good with landmarks nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good, too.

The place was so convenient and was a family friendly approach and we loved booking with one central hotel this would be our 4th stay in this hotel very much satisfied and first of all the towel was not cheap it was soft and that tells me they took care of the supply very well. I hate to go to hotels that are nice and the supplies are so cheap especially towels it’s like sand paper not soft at all

Perfect place for staycation with the family.

The establishment is in the bustling center. Near to malls and tourist spots. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Nice hotel with friendly and polite stuff that try their best to make your stay comfort and enjoyable. The room was ok, not that big but it had all the necessary stuff inside. It was a bit noisy to sleep there as the road is nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the canteen is full of sunlight. The pool on the roof top is a nice bonus.
