Azalea Park Hotel

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and really comfortable, just what we wanted for a relaxing trip. The food was awesome, both breakfast and dinner had so many options, and there was something for everyone, including great vegan choices. I must specify that I am a picky eater and was pleasently surprised about the quality of the food. Overall, it was such a great experience, and we’d definitely come back again. If you want a hotel that truly cares about your comfort and makes everything easy, this is the one!

We had a great stay with our family (parents and two adult kids). With one vegan and one vegetarian in the family, life was made very easy at Park Hotel Azalea, with options for everybody and excellent food. The half board option was fully worth it! The rooms were great, staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!! Cavalese is also a very charming town and a great base for hikes. We traveled from Rome by train and bus and did everything by public transport. The hotel also gives a Trentino discount card which gives great discounts on public transport and skilifts. Altogether a wonderful holiday :-)

My husband and I did spend two nights in this wonderful Eco Park Hotel Azalea in a quiet area of the lovely town Cavalese. The staff is just wonderful, very friendly, helpful, polite and patient, always a smile in their faces, Andrea, Daniele and Manuela did everything to make our stay a very special one. The rooms are really nice and clean with a great view into the garden and some mountains. Nice and cosy interieure of the entire hotel. They do have a beautiful wellness area for a little extra charge, well worth it. Kids will find some books, games, a table football and a ping pong table. The vegan food is excellent (even if you are not vegan you will love it), the quality is outstanding, and they have as well some vegetarian options in the morning like cheese, eggs and honey. they do have a lovely littel sweet afternoon treat. We were sorry that we couldn't stay longer, definately a wonderful place to relax for a few days (or weeks ;-) ).

Absolutely perfect stay! Wonderful staff, amazing food, great location! Would always come back, very child friendly - only downside is that childcare only starts at 3 yo, so toddler-wise not ideal. Bring Trecking buggy or rent it, Cavalese streets are not easy for travel buggys.

Vacanza ❘ Da solo Avevo prenotato un soggiorno per la stagione estiva di 15 gg versando una caparra di 450 euro. Per motivi di salute ho dovuto rinunciare al soggiorno con l'accordo di un buono da consumarsi entro il 31 12 2024 ne ho usufruito nel mese di dicembre. nel momento della prenotazione mi è stata richiesta una ulteriore somma di 130 euro come conferma (450+130=580 euro!!!) Al mio arrivo mi viene assegnata una stanza singola come da richiesta, arredata con due letti separati e due miseri comodini, il bagno in proporzione è più grande della stanza, è presente una poltrona e nemmeno un tavolino dove appoggiare qualsiasi oggetto nemmeno la possibilità di usare un Computer portatile o tablet se non sdraiati sul letto. La tv è collocata in una posizione decisamente scomoda, per una visione comoda e corretta. Non voglio poi parlare della sala da pranzo. molto rumorosa ed ospiti stranieri che non hanno un minimo di contegno nell'abbigliamento. Chiaramete mi rivolgo alla reception lamentandomi sia della stanza che della cena. Mi viene prospettata un altra location che necessita di una integrazione monetaria. Mi vedo costretto a spostare in modo autonomo i bagagli Inaccettabile Vorrei consegnare la chiave elettronica alla reception, vado a sciare non vorrei perderla. Riposta no non facciamo questo servizio, con tutte la camere cha abbiamo sarebbe un continuo, dare e ricevere card. Non mi pare che questo albergo abbia un gran numero di camere da gestire da giustificare questo non servizio. Non perdo temppo nel descrivervi colazione cene decisamete sotto tono che non si attengono ad un servizio di un albergo stellato. Presentazioni dei piatti ricercata ma... gusto e ingredienti dozzinali. Queste sono solo alcune note negative della mia esperienza presso la Vostra struttura che assolutamente non è all’altezza di un albergo a tre stelle. Detto quanto sopra sconsiglio vivamente un soggiorno presso questa struttura, inoltre ritengo che le recensioni pubblicate siamo non aderenti alla realtà da me constatata.

Hotel in centro che ci puoi andare a piedi e fermata skibus gratuito proprio davanti. Buon cibo, i dolci più che eccellenti. Pulizia impeccabile e personale molto gentile. Servizio yoga da 10. Alcuni suggerimenti, alla merenda che è sensazionale mettere una brocca d acqua. La Porta del bagno di vetro satinato nella camera non è per nulla insonorizzato.
