Hotel Paradise Beach Resort

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not let them sell you your holiday as “all inclusive” as they did us as it does not exist. Food is at set times and it is not possible to get any snacks or food in between other than crisps and icecream from the bar which you have to pay a ridiculous amount for. The only drinks you’ll get as part of your “all inclusive” package is cheap syrup soda from the machine. Any other drinks including coffee and alcohol you have to pay for. And if the machine for your free drinks breaks (which is also the only place to get water - although I’m convinced it is tap water) and it breaks often, no alternatives are offered and you have to pay for your drinks including bottled water. The food is below standard and very limited options. My family and I pretty much lived on plain pasta and croissants for the week. The whole hotel is like a throw back to the 80s. It is in desperate need of being refurbished and brought up to a reasonable standard. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting in the rooms with brown stains all over the bath. You can’t have a plug for your bath as the hotel doesn’t own any. If you have a child and require a cot, even if you specify this on your booking, you have to pay over €70 for the week for a disgusting barely useable travel cot without sheets. Half of the electrical sockets in the room do not work and spark when you plug something in. You do not control the air conditioning!!! The hotel has set times you can turn it on and turns it off at night not allowing it to come back on until 6am - not the place for a comfortable nights sleep in the summer. The hotel is literally in the middle of no where so popping to the shops is impossible. Our family holiday resulted in my partner taking taxi costing €40 to take him to the shops to buy essentials (water) and snacks for my 18 month old (I hadn’t packed any thinking I was going on an all inclusive holiday) and our last day we ended up spending over €100 on taxis and pizza because we couldn’t stomach pasta anymore. If you have booked this hotel, I would really reconsider. I read these reviews AFTER booking and just hoped people were over exaggerating but trust me - they’re not.

UNICA NOTA DOLENTE LA CUCINA SICURAMENTE DA MIGLIORARE.

Very nice place for kids, a lot fun activities! Very good food, very nice e kind people, the beach is nice, the building and rooms need some restructurations, but it was ok for me. Nicolaus club has many activities, all people from the club were friendly. This resort is best for people with kids.

Had an amazing time, my children and i will never forget the people that we met and i never saw my children laugh as much as they did. Thanks to nicolaus club animation, we had tons a fun and we played many activities and shared wonderful moments!! Great shows that kept us awake all night!! Micaela was an angel and she knew how to keep us happy and joyful!! I recomand nicolaus club for future family in the sun fun!!

Andato altre volte da bambino, decido con amici di ritornarci, già dopo qualche ora pre cena ci rendiamo conto che l'aria condizionata in stanza (come il telefono per contattare la reception) non funziona, del telefono non importa ma nella stessa serata abbiamo segnalato il problema dell'area condizionata almeno tre volte al receptionist in turno, che ci rimanda indietro con semplici "verificheremo" oppure " manderemo qualcuno" (mai arrivato) il giorno dopo richiediamo info per lo stesso problema e ci viene comunicato che hanno risolto mai cosa più falsa, difatti continuava a non funzionare così da farci passare il nostro alloggio senza aria condizionata. Chiedendo per giocare a minigolf c'è stato detto che non hanno ancora tagliato l'erba del campo anche se già a giugno in piena stagione, perciò ingiocabile. Forse animatori troppo invasivi, ma quelli sono "gusti". Anni fa ricordavo una navetta che ti portasse a mare, anche quella oramai sparita, un problema mi rendo conto più per anziani che per i giovani. Dimenticavo di dire che probabilmente uno del mio gruppo ha preso per l'ultima durata della vacanza un virus intestinale dopo probabilmente ingerito il cibo della struttura. Oltre ciò precedentemente elencato é stato un piacevole soggiorno, ma non abbastanza per decidere di segnarlo come tappa fissa visto le diverse opzioni in giro.

Il fasto degli anni 70 ha lasciato il posto ad una serie di disservizi, dalla televisione al telefono in stanza che non funzionano ad un buffet che sembra una gara per aggiudicarsi una quantità enorme di piatti di cui solo un paio a volte risultano edibili per finire con una organizzazione della piscina e degli spazi comuni imbarazzante passando per una reception che non sappiamo se non sappia aiutare il turista oppure per brevità risponde sempre che non sanno ma che provvederanno. In bocca al lupo !

Posto incantevole! Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del 2 giugno...gentilissimi dalla reception... alla sala ristorante... animazione grandiosi...e che dire del bagnino della piscina, Beppe sei il numero UNO!!!! RITORNEREMO PRESTO

Ho passato una notte al Paradise con la mia famiglia. Al Paradise ho trovato tanta gentilezza ed attenzione verso il cliente , la struttura vanta una posizione meravigliosa all'interno di una riserva naturale. Spiaggia attrezzata e mare incantevole! Ospitalità accurata e attenta dalla reception ai ragazzi dell'animazione impeccabili sempre pronti a regalare un sorriso sincero! Il ristorante offre piatti semplici ma ben cucinati dal pesce alla carne è facile trovare qualcosa di proprio gradimento. Tornerò sicuramente al Paradise gli aspetti positivi di questo luogo mettono assolutamente in secondo piano la semplicità delle camere standard e degli spazi comuni. Per i più esigenti con pochi euro in più a notte è possibile avere le camere superior ristrutturate vista mare e di buon livello.
