"The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations. Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen. In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential."

"The house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue..."

"The apartment and location were lovely, but we felt that the amenities were somewhat lacking. However, the biggest issue we encountered was with the card key system. On the day before our checkout, the card stopped working, and we had to make multiple trips to the reception to resolve the issue. This was particularly frustrating with two young children in tow, who were sleepy and crying by the time we finally got it sorted out. It wasted an hour of our time and caused unnecessary stress. We were told initially that we had already checked out, which was not the case, and it took three attempts before we were finally able to enter the apartment. Given the inconvenience this caused, we hope that the hotel will review their card key system to prevent such errors in the future. *Pros:* Lovely apartment and location *Cons:* Lack of amenities, card key system issues Overall, we would consider staying here again if they address these issues."

"For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served. The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced. As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down. In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location."

"You cannot truly experience Troia without having stayed at Pestana Troia Eco Resort! I had the opportunity to stay here with a group of friends and our experience was amazing. Because we were a big group, we had different villas, all of them incredible. My villa was at ground level and we had an amazing pool, view for the dunes and a sense of tranquillity. The bed as extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Another highlight was our lunch at the property restaurant, Moana, which is something not to miss out! The food is delicious and the view is even better. The staff was super kind and made sure we had everything we need thought the whole stay. I cannot wait to came back!"
