Dishonest; would not honor reserved price- added ~20% "hotel fee" on arrival which I refused to pay. Clerk didn't have the authority to override it, then wandered off for 20 minutes while I tried to call the off-site Manager. She didn't answer multiple calls but finally called back 2 hours later and blamed ******* for the "misunderstanding". No offer to meet the reserved price. Meanwhile they had already charged my card the added fee without my authorization. I asked why the fee wasn't on their website and she said it would result in fewer bookings. No kidding! Deceitful way to do business. Beyond that, the window screen was torn, so we couldn't get fresh air into the musty room. In the office, the coffee maker was out of order, the ice maker was out of order, and the toaster oven barely got warm, didn't toast.
