Luxury Villa Excelsior

Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

The staff could not be more helpful. Anything we needed that accommodated us. Breakfast was wonderful and I have never seen so many options. I recommend staying here if you are going to Capri.you must try their fresh orange Lemon and carrot juice.

What a wonderful experience in every way. Beautiful rooms and views. Amazing personal attention and care from the friendly management and staff. Also, prime location for activities on entire island. Will definitely stay here again soon

It’s hard to say why we gave them a 5. Could it be the welcome we received on the garden patio on my wife’s birthday complete with them singing happy birthday? Could it be the unbelievable kindness of the staff there at every turn making sure every need was met? Could it be the individuals who looked after our every need or want? Gaia, Marana, Gabriella, Buddika, Lorenzo, Stefano, Pradeer and Nea are all just incredible. Could it be the beautiful unique and gorgeous hotel and unique pool? Could it be the incredible breakfast every morning and the sweetest wait staff ever? Could it be the dinner we had in the hotel with the best tiramisu we’ve had? I would have to say all of the above and more. If you are going to Capri, this hotel is a must!

It's the best hotel in the word. The team, the attention, the food. We love everything. The room was a palace. We love each part of our honey moon . They are interested in our happiness. Gabriela was wonderful. She recomended the best plans at the island.

We were wowed from arrival! Beautiful space, tranquil sensory garden, breakfast orangery serving delicious food. Attention to détail was exceptional, tasteful and thoughtful The staff friendly, efficiently anticipating your every need, nothing too much trouble, we will return I’m sure. A fabulous experience.

The best welcome experience we have had at any hotel in the world. Met us at the Port off the Ferry from Sorrento and took us to the hotel. Welcome drink of our choice in a beautiful courtyard and full explanation of the Island. Booked a three hour boat cruise around the island for us the next day at 10am. Breakfast included. Outstanding service. Shuttle to take us anywhere. Amazing and truly happy memorable experience in Capri.

Amazing hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels around the world, and this has to be one of the most outstanding, service wise we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. But it is the little things that make the Parco stand out. The staff never once asked for our room number etc, they knew it. We were always greeted by name and every time we arrived back at the hotel, someone would come out to greet us. The level of care and customer service, always offering a bottle of water as we left the hotel, advice on things to do, arranging tours, ferry, restaurant bookings, help etc. On top of the staff, the amenities were lovely, presented in a beautiful box, more of the extra touches that make the difference. There was no extra charges for a 6 am coffee, delivering breakfast to your room, water bottles etc. Leaving this hotel was like sadly saying goodbye to family. We just loved it and are already planning on travelling back next year from Australia. The only negative if I had to say one is the location is not ideal, situated half way between main ferry port and hilltop town of Capri, but with car on hand 24/7 to drive you anywhere, and the rest of the amazing positives about the hotel, this is by no means an issue, just something to keep in mind if you look past this hotel because of where it is situated. A very special thanks to the lovely Gabby who went above and beyond to make our stay special and Buddika for being our personal chauffeur around the island, as well as the rest of the team at the Excelsior Parco - Gaia and Stefano.
