The hotel location is really very good, stand on Canton Road, on the 2nd floor you could enter the shopping mall right away. The room size is fine though the hotel furniture is old style. Recommend to others.

Location is good, behind is shopping mall, outside with bus stop to go to the Central Area very convenient, approximately 5-7 mins walk to the MTR, overall a good and pleasant stay

Location is excellent. Hotel is right in Harbour City. You can find everything there. From Café de Coral and MacDonald to fine dining and everything in between. It has 711 and CitySuper supermarket. All your luxury brands including LV, Prada etc. MTR station is within 5 minutes walk. Hotel is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping service is excellent. They respond to any service request immediately. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we return to Hong Kong next time

Room is pretty spacious, neat and clean. Breakfast spread is good and sufficient. The only small down side is that travellers have to check in at one counter and then walk across a short stretch of the mall to the lift lobby. Hotel is located right inside the shopping mall which makes everything very convenient. Near West Kowloon station (5-10mins taxi ride) and you can make your way to Shenzhen Futian station easily with the high speed train (just 14mins!). Will certainly recommend this hotel for business and holiday travellers!

The hotel is situated within Harbour City which makes it an great location for shopping. Lots of big brand names within the shopping complex and also great food in the nearby neighbourhood. Kowloon Park is just across the road and is a good place to unwind and relax while surrounded by nature. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are quite big and comfortable. Housekeeping is great and helped my children to arrange their items neatly on the bed. Overall a great experience at Gateway hotel and I would stay there again when I visit Hong Kong in the future.

2nd time to stay in Gateway and it never disappoints. We stayed for 2 nights and being at the center of everything was very helpful. We did not get the breakfast but a lot of dining options outside.

While the hotel is OK. If you want to use the gym you have to go to other hotel of the same group. It is down the mall about 500 meters. Once there, there is no showers or toilets or change rooms. So get sweaty and then walk back through the mall. This is unacceptable and when I went to check it out, the actual equipment was sparse and low quality. The business center has an extra charge to use and there was no finger food, but you could make a coffee.
