Room with water leakage, smell in the rooms hot water not available, electricity problem continues, breakfast is worst they serve expired breads in break fast

Worst stay ever, it was pathetic like no one answers calls on the desk, they don't know how to talk, neither they knew what all amenities are there, i had booked a package with breakfast still they informed that the breakfast is on chargeable basics and after showing the booking they allowed, plus the breakfast was the worst part ever, we literally had to go outside for breakfast

The stay was excellent with clean rooms, washrooms & excellent room service. The only area to improve is the pricing of the food menu. Staff is good, value for money stay.

Staff not very approachable. Rooms were okay but not as good and clean as shown in the pictures. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Jet spray had water leakage. Fan regulator broke while we tried to adjust the speed. Duvet cover had stains. Sharing pics of room ceiling. And floor with permanent stains
