Ulasan Secrets the Vine Cancun - All Inclusive Adults Only

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

I 100 percent recommend this hotel to any couple traveling to Cancun . The honeymoon suite was just good . The hotel is clean and the staff was very cooperative .

It was the best ever experience. Everything was all inclusive. all the stuff were so nice and the quality of food was amazing. They had a light show as well. It’s worth the money to stay. They have variety of program while are you staying.

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

Love the stay

I paid a little extra to upgrade to a preferred room and was very satisfied. It was spacious and comfortable with a great view, and I was able to eat, drink, and rest well all day.

One of the best hotels in Cancun with great views and food

The hotel is not very big, suitable for lying down. The buffet or room service for breakfast and lunch are OK. There are several self-service a la carte restaurants for dinner. The steak house is great. Remember to line up as soon as it opens. Bring 20-100 pesos or 1-5 US dollars in change. Occasionally tipping will make the service experience much better.
