Excellent ,staff facilities value for money , beautiful location, the staff can not do enough for you ,the level of cleanliness was excellent , beautiful beaches ,plenty to do , great foe families and friends . The pool was great , choice of food was varied and choice for everyone whatever your preference.You do need mosquito spray or repellent. The staff were all friendly and easily approachable and happy to help.Woukd reccomend this hotel

This is a large, well appointed hotel with indoor and outdoor pools. The grounds are a particular highlight as the pool is surrounded not only by the usual paved area, but also by large areas of greensward with many shady trees. This along with substantial numbers of Sun loungers avoids any potential scramble for parasols and sun beds in the heat of the day. The downside is the food. The usual breakfast buffet is spoiled by the cooked food being lukewarm at best and cold at worst, I have no idea why they don’t fit decent food heaters over the counters. We made the mistake of eating in one evening - just don’t! The selection provided was more than a little reminiscent of bad school dinners and the restaurant’s blazing overhead lighting certainly wouldn’t be conducive to lingering over dinner had the food been more edible. My advice would be take the short walk to the beach road - the food at nearby restaurant Sa Cova was vastly superior to that provided at the hotel and rather cheaper too. We were supposed to have booked half board, frankly I am delighted that the booking was only for B&B, I just feel sorry for those booked All Inclusive.

A large hotel based near the small beach of San Bauló at the quieter end of Can Picafort offering various board options to mainly German and Dutch clients. Large outdoor pool, no music or anything on stage during the day. Indoor spa pool for 16+ although it was often populated with younger children. Food did not vary much each evening, but was hot and tasty, no themed evenings as advertised, breakfast was the best meal of the day. If all inclusive and you miss the lunchtime restaurant opening, then snacks are limited to cookies, ice cream, fruit and sandwiches that you toast yourself. Average evening entertainment, daytime limited and difficult to identify the two chaps who seem to be running everything Inc children's club. Indoor bar and soft drinks machine don't open until 6pm. Pool bar open most of the day, burgers, pizza, panini at extra charge even if all inclusuve, not all alcohol is included, double check menu. Tourist tax currently €3.30 per person over 16yrs per day, billed at the end of your stay, with safe and any additional purchases, you're asked to swipe your room key at evening meal for drinks orders. Room very clean, beds great, only one socket and no English channels on TV. Ting Ting train €4.50 each into Can Picafort, stop outside hotel regularly. Public buses to Alcudia town/port (tib824) are great value about 45mins journey. Pirate show in Magaluf fantastic. Tui rep not often on site, no entertainment team, not much info around hotel in English, Tui folder empty, you must be confident with the Tui app. We wouldn't stay again too quiet for 16yr olds

Good all inclusive hotel with excellent choices for food and beverages. It is a four star hotel and that’s what we paid for. It is not an ultra all inclusive ,like some people expect and leave bad reviews. It honestly exceeded my expectations and I’ve been in few all inclusive holidays .Thank you Exagon

Just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Bar staff very friendly, self service for soft drinks and water. All the normal choices of alcohol available. In the evenings both the pool bar and the restaurant offer table service, which is nice. Restaurant offers a large choice and they try to vary it daily with a choice of freshly cooked meat, veg & fish options on the grill. Great selection of cereals & options for breakfast too. The friendly waiters work very hard to keep tables clean and nothing is too much trouble for them. Toasties, biscuits and ice creams available all day at the pool bar if all inclusive and full snack menu is optional for reasonable charge if you don’t want to go up to the restaurant for the lunch buffet. Fantastic terrace to eat on enjoying the views. Agree with other reviews the rooms are dated. However they are kept very clean as is the rest of the hotel. Reception have kettles which you can borrow for your room. They are very helpful too. Entertainment was great and Chris & Luke worked hard to make it fun and friendly without being too much ! Resort itself has a few shops and a lovely beach and bars 2 mins walk from the hotel. We got the road train from outside the hotel into Can Picafort for a lovely meal on the harbour. We also did a catamaran boat trip which was great. BBQ food was lovely and enjoyed snorkelling & paddle boarding. All in all a great time so thank you to the team at the hotel. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, the lounge/bar area modern, light and spacious. The dining room was a little busy at peak times but fine if you went a little earlier or later. Food was varied and plentiful. It was worth waiting a few minutes for a table outside for a more relaxed experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and garden area were great. The hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of Can Picafort but only a short walk to the beach. We would very happily go back.

The food was not good at all and was on a loop with the same things repeated each day. Although we were all inclusive we went out several nights. Other people said the same thing. Rooms were dated but adequate. The pool was amazing, huge with plenty of sunbeds always available. The main reason we would never return was the fact that it is next to a nature reserve, meaning we were covered in mosquito bites which kept us scratching all night. I still have a couple of scars!

My husband and I have just got back from a week at the Exagon Park Hotel and had a wonderful week. Set amongst palm trees and evergreens 10 mins walk to the beach on the edge of nature reserve and a residential area, the hotel was in a quiet setting and the pool area was surrounded by a large grassed area with loungers a plenty. Guests were predominantly British, Irish, Dutch and German. The staff were pleasant hardworking and the entertainment team informative, funny and respectful if you didn't want to join in the activities. Both lads worked well together and obviously loved their jobs. I was worried when I saw a review about them being pushy and rude but it certainly wasn't our experience. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable but we were only given 1 pillow each and they were very hard. We asked for extra, as did many other guests so i'm not sure why they dont just have 2 each in the first place? There is a lack of sockets but as a couple we managed fine. The decor is not modern but this did not bother us at all. We were on a half board basis which I was glad that we weren't AI as there wasn't the choice I've experienced on previous holidays, the most annoying part was unless you were lucky to time your food for when it came out, most of dishes were cold. The overhead/hot plates are woefully inadequate which was a dissapointment. We ate daily breakfast but only ate dinner in the resturant twice. There wasn't the choice you'd expect from a 4* and no flare in the presentation so it felt more like 3* but it was well cooked and no one would starve. I did note there wasn't any proper allergy labelling on any of the food so take this into account. The bar area is spacious and comfortable with nightly hour long entertainment of a lounge act of singers. All were very good. There is a full stage outside for the height of the season. The hotel bar prices were very reasonable €3.50 for a pint or glass of wine and waiter service. The bus stop is a 10 min walk from the hotel with a regular 20 min service very easy to travel to the neighbouring Alcudia and the whole island. We rarely saw the Ting Ting land train in use but it does have a stop immediately opposite the hotel gates but the hotel has a private walk way directly to the beach on the edge of a fresh water river and nature reserve which was a nice walk. A further 15/20 mins along the promenade takes you to Can Picafort where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to eat and drink at and are very reasonably priced. I have chronic back pain and sciatica but managed this walk daily (and further as its so pretty) as its ptactically on the flat and well paved. We booked the Son Amar show which was excellent but factor in the 2 hour coach trip there and back due to other pick ups so we didn't get back to the hotel until 2am. All in all we really enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, music choices for the outside bar and pool area were perfect, the daily 'animation' choices
