The real room we checked in are totally different from the pictures shown on website, esply the small window. Plus, their breakfast is soo simple with only a few dishes. You need to pay for others dishes.

The breakfast options are very limited, and the hotel has no elevator. Staying on higher floors means you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself, which is tiring. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center.

The hotel is located in the northern part of Cambridge, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The facilities appear well-maintained, and the interior decoration is charming, particularly in the restaurant. However, the noise insulation is poor, and you can clearly hear footsteps and conversations in the hallway. It's unfortunate if you happen to encounter loud or inconsiderate guests, as the noise can be quite disruptive, especially late at night. If that happens, do call the front desk and they will try to intervene - but still, whether it will work highly depends on the behaviour of those guests.

I think as a hotel at this price is very good! The room is clean and the room is not small. Besides, the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. It seems like an idyllic small town: quiet and peaceful. What’s more, the service is very good. It also includes the breakfast. The bread, fruit and yogurt are all delicious. After all, it’s a very good hotel!

The rooms were very dirty and a lot of insects inside the room. Towels are not clean and the service is very poor.

A basic hotel. Great staff who were friendly and helpful . They provided a map of the local area. Great location and clean.

Central location, clean room with some old school decor that i am obsessed with. You get a free continental breakfast in the morning and its a cheap room.

The location is good, very convenient to go to city center. Old fashioned room but clean and lovely.

It ok as a place but kind of very old and it needs to be maintained.

Good service at the Restaurant; was disappointed as there was Lifts and had to use stairs to access top floor room. Please ensure to check on this before booking if having mobility issues. They charge extra £18 for carpark overnight if not booking directly with them. Lot of space to relax in restaurant and bar area and kept nice and clean.

Nice location. Stayed here before so like the area. Quite nice park opposite.

food choice is limited； I am not informed of failture of reservation until I come to the hotel in person; the attitude of the male receptionist sucks

Great location. Staff were a bit rude and clueless. Be warned, if you book through a 3 party website, parking is 18GBP per day, it's not included. Great for one night, wouldn't recommend for longer term.
