Very clean hotel, my booking said to pay at hotel, which I had no problem with, I came to the hotel at around 7.30pm. They were celebrating Chinese New Year and didn’t inform me of the activities going on, I only say this because I wanted to see the activities and had to inquire instead. I upgraded my stay to - Full-board. I then went to my room, which was beautiful, I settled in the the night. However at 2.00am, I woke to a horrible smell. I was confused maybe it was the bathroom, so I closed the door, the smell was still strong, later the hotel changed my room. This was great, no stress, I fell sick due to eating for from another resort and this hotel arranged a doctor for me. I was very grateful. As I was checking out all of these fees start popping u, which shouldn’t be the case because everything is paid for, well no, they said they made a mistake and didn’t take enough money. Errr 😒 ok. Then they said my full board didn’t cover everything. When it’s supposed to, that’s why you get full board. Disappointed with check out and check in. Please do better/

Resort is good but not great. Perhaps the weather was less than ideal due to rain and wind. Food was average at best. Some of the amenities I saw online were gimmicky.

We booked suite.. Its beautiful room... Higher floor better view.... Friendly staff.... Foods at Tropicana restaurant is yum yum... Fabulous..... Lots to do for kids... Snorkeling, rock climbing, gaming stations, many slides at swimming pool.. Great place for kids.... Just don't go on holidays and weekends... Its too crowded.... Overall it's good.... Even it's so busy staffs work with great enthusiasm and effort... Just no complains.... Wonderful resort...

I recently stayed at the Movenpick Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. The resort itself is impressively clean and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food choices, including some delightful options like donuts and ice cream, which the kids particularly enjoyed. While I felt that the breakfast items could have been a bit fresher, the extensive selection made up for it. I would highly recommend Movenpick Resort for families with children, as there are plenty of amenities and activities to keep everyone entertained. It's a great place to create lasting memories together!

Omg this hotel is the best family hotel in whole Nha trang ! I stayed with my son for the last two days of our trip and omg they made it very special , my every request was fulfilled ! They even arranged a rose in my rooom ! At the reception girl named Tu helped us a lot ! Room is spacious clean and comfy bends omg beds are soo good i had really good sleep and cant express how good was the food omg they have all kind of kids activities all day long my son was soo excited best family hotel ever Thank you Movenpick family

Our flight was delayed had to do late check-in floor staffs were fery fridendly and kind Buffet breakfast was good with many selections

The location is great, the food is delicious, but the bikes in the park are a bit old. Luckily, they’ve got buggies to get around!

I think this kind of resort is ideal for families, and especially wealthy families that don't mind paying exorbitant amounts of money for lunch and dinner. While the cost of a night's sleep was quite reasonable, everything else on site was very overpriced. I was also disappointed at the very limited stock in their on-site convenience store; not one single Vietnamese beer available (only Heineken, and Budweiser). You would hope that they would support the local economy at least a little bit. The location, while close to the airport, was bascially in the countryside. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to civilization for any small shopping/eating, etc. Nha Trang, the closest city, was 40 minutes away. We stayed there a few nights before moving to Movenpick, and kinda wished we spent an extra night there rather than an extra night at Movenpick. The pool closed at 7pm. After that, there is nothing to do. Beach access closes at 6. The pools were great, especially early in the week, when there weren't so many people. But by Thursday, check-ins got busier, and the pool overfloweth with people. The place was immaculately clean, relatively quite (some families next door and above were screaming until near midnight. We complained, and it got resolved.) Breakfast buffet was varied,, but nothing special. Americanos and Lattes were available, but if you wanted Vietnamese coffee, they offered iced only. They strongly discouraged ordering a hot viet coffee, but I did anyway, and it came out lukewarm at best. No salted coffee, no egg coffee, no Vietnam feel in this place. Overall, stay there if with kids. They'll love the pool, and the 'chocolate hour'. As a couple, I wouldn't recommend it.

The resort was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. The view was spectacular. Overall, great place.

Well overpriced flashy resort- Good for kids, but staying there wasn’t worth it and better not go dining in the beach restaurant as you pay a fortune for a little snack (had a rib eye steak that was thick as a sizzle steak and maybe as big as my female hand for approx ~$50! Accompanied by a handful of dry fries) The room had a fantastic view, a balcony and a big bath/shower/toilet. It is run down and needs some attention- definitely not what standard I expected for the price paid. They have kid’s activities inside a play room- some at extra costs. They have a kids water play area with pool side bar service at your sun lounge /chair. They have a big pool and a smaller pool (for adults only) and four big slides down the hill to the beach. The slides are a lot of fun, but kids have to be 7years old and maximum weight of 50kg. At the beach they have sun chairs and umbrellas and you can rent bodyboards and sand toys. On the street side they have their so called Swiss village which contains a restaurant and a clubhouse, a night club and a gym. They also have a rope climbing park which is only for kids from 14 years of age the sign said- the man at the desk said 7 years, but that still didn’t help satisfying our 4 year old monkey daughter that was very keen to try it… Bouncy castle free of charge but with loads of holes so it’s not completely blown up. Breakfast is good and a variety of different kinds, mostly Asian food is the best choice, but soooo many people trying to get something on their plate don’t make it a nice experience. Best experience for our daughter probably was the complimentary 15-16 o’clock chocolate hour- which basically is like afternoon tea time but with loads of different chocolates and a fountain and fruit and mini cakes & cupcakes 🧁

Great place to enjoy vacation with family. We loved it here. The villas are super comfy with best furnitures. Breakfast was really good.

It is a great place for family and friends. The kids friendly facilities make it the best place for the vacation. However, it is very busy everywhere and most of the staff don't greet. I found it is really hard to communicate with the staff. But, it is still great place.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast is amazing, with so many options available, both Asian and Western. Facilities are perfect and kids love the pools, slides and waterpark. It would be the perfect resort and destination if they offered some more affordable prices for food and beverage options. There is nothing around to eat out, so you are captive and need to buy their overpriced meals . All the staff is super nice and attentive, just to mention one, Lam was paying attention to details all the time and made a difference in taking care of me and my family!

Nice hotel very child friendly. Hotel staffs very friendly and helpful, nice beach and swimming pool. Maybe avoid weekends as it could be very full .
