This hotel was great. Easy check in and the room was ready early as requested. Rooms very clean and staff all very helpful. Great location with two separate beaches only a couple of minutes walk. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was amazing from check in. All staff were so friendly and all I can say about the food was 5 *. Beds so comfortable, the bar area is nice and cosy to sit and relax in. The entertainment was aimed for kids and as I was there with my mum we went out at night. Maybe putting on a singer later for the adults might be an idea but that’s only a thought but it didn’t take away how good this hotel was. Loved the place and will definitely be back

Had the best week in Zafiro hotels with my 2 and 5 year old kids. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were cleaned daily, the buffet food was perfect with many options and the kids entertainment was amazing. Highly recommend it especially to family with kids and will be going back again next year.

We booked all inclusive with swim up room and were not disappointed. The hotel and the room are lovely and all the facilities close by. Good quality all inclusive no substitutes , proper drinks and ice cream. Great staff and great service. 5 minute walk to beach and lovely location. Staff excellent and friendly . Buffet food good quality and variety. Only minor complaints restaurant bit hectic at busy time, one toaster at breakfast is ridiculous and needs amending. Room towels poor quality if you have space take your own.

Hotel rooms very nice. Penthouse aeeet could be a bit bigger, stayed with my 3 children and had 4 suitcases had to move them everyday to put on bed when kids was not on it and then back on floor when they go to bed. My room had a major ANT problem, they was everywhere crawling on bed and kitchen worktop and bathroom woke up and they wa son our covers. Also pools were so cold. The only warm one was the indoor pool which we didn’t not want to sit in there as we wanted sun but kids could not bear the cold pools. Would not be coming back.

The rooms are clearly advertised as having air conditioning and heating. It was abundantly clear on arrival that the cooling element of the air con wasn’t working in our room. It was a shock to discover that the hotel had disabled the whole air con element of the system across the whole hotel which the people on the front desk admitted when we asked to be moved. Despite our complaint, no alternatives or discounts were offered as apparently ‘ all hotels in the chain are doing the same thing.”Apologies not quite true. A massive industrial fan was offered which just blew hot air around the room and was far too noisy to even think about having on at night. It’s clear this is a cost saving exercise but more importantly, it is representation on a massive scale. It was 25-26 degrees whilst we were out there and with three people in a small apartment room, even with the windows open we couldn’t sleep on our 4 night short break. However, that’s not the point. Frankly, if you offer a service option, you cannot then decide whether the customer can have it or not, that’s up to the customer! Zafiro palma nova you advertise as a 4 star hotel. Sort this out!
