Elba Sara Beach & Golf Resort

2nd visit to this hotel . It is a lovely hotel staff are great , helpful and friendly . The facilities are amazing the pool is large and spacious. The food is good and offer a wide variety. The only thing I would make better is more entertainment at night and let it go on later . All round great hotel

This hotel is absolutely amazing! I cannot fault anything or anyone. We stayed in a prestige double on floor 6. Room was spotless! Restaurant on all inclusive had a huge variety every day, cooked fresh. Staff fantastic! Can’t wait to go back

We first stayed at this hotel in November 2021 and it was tired with mediocre food. We have just returned from our second visit and wow what a difference. The hotel has been updated to a much higher standard, the new Adults only sunbathing area is lovely and so are all the rest of the improvements. We were amazed by the excellent standard of food in the main restaurant and there are now two themed ones, Italian and Mexican. What makes this hotel extra special are the fantastic staff who work so very hard not just focusing on one area, they move around during long shifts. It was good to see management walking around talking to guests and getting feedback through written surveys. We travel a lot and to be honest do not normally know who the manager is at a hotel. We had a couple of very minor issues which were resolved quickly. Would we return? Well that’s a big fat yes, we will be joining all the other returners. Very well done to everyone at the Elba Sara for an amazing holiday.

We stayed a week in mid-January and really enjoyed our time at the Elba Sara. The staff were all fantastic and went out their way to help without delay. We asked to change room on day 1 (our first room was on the side with minimal sea view) and reception were able to swap us to a brilliant room on the 4th floor. Thank you! Food - no complaints with variety, we enjoyed the different theme nights and also did 'TexMex' one night where we had a large steak. Sometimes could have been a bit hotter, but depended if you arrived towards end of the session. Pool/gardens - always loads of sunbeds and always clean, staff collected empty glasses through the day. We enjoyed the new 'adults only' area, with more comfortable sunbeds and fewer people. Great area to relax. Drink - no issues with the AI drinks. Choice of 3 gins, Jim Beam, Smirnoff Vodka, CruzCampo beer - no cheap unknown spirits. Cocktails weren't tried, they were ready mixed and didn't look a close match to genuine ones. The bar staff were brilliant, remembering your name and even what your regular drink was. Entertainment - live music most nights in the main bar, other entertainment in the 'Broadway bar' some aimed at famalues with kids. Nice mix, and quieter areas in case you didn't want the music. TVs with live sport in the main bar, so good if your football team is live on Sky Sports. Refurbishment - still continuing in places (some corridors were out of bounds, but didn't affect us), but the benefits are easy to see and the remaining work should be finished soon. Overall, it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Caleta and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you to all.

We stayed at the elba sara for a week, 21st of april with my 3 year old granddaughter and were very impressed at how good it was. The room was excellent, modern and bright ( no 527 ) with a great sea view. The hotel and grounds are lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the cambermaids to the evening bar staff. The choice and quality of the food was excellent. The location is excellent, right outside the best beach in caleta de fuste. There's a nice shopping centre next door with a large supermarket, bar and restaurants downstairs and a nice toddler area with trampolines, carousel, go karts and other bits, 12 euros for 30 minutes. The walk to the marina takes about 20 minutes but its lovely and flat though i believe the hotel provides a free bus but we didn't use it. There's also a daytime beach bar out at sea via a bridge this was great for a drink. We had a couple of pool days at the elba carlota ( 5 minute walk ) which were great but in our opinion the kids pool at the sara is much better We loved it so much the we've changed our plans for our next holiday and we're coming back here

I am blown away , first time on the island and I picked the best hotel , 5 stars from me , entering to lovely Marta who explained everything to me even offered snd brought me a cool drink , I had ten minutes only to wait , I emailed ahead of my trip requesting a high floor room and oh yes I got this superb big room , big balcony room 612 superb, from the minute I stepped into Elba I loved it , food amazing , mine wasn’t cold ha , service great , met lovely friends, sleep amazing bed so soft pillows adorable I’ve no complaints only to say I needed more weeks , Elba I will return and recommend the hotel to my colleagues , I am 71 solo female who travels to many countries and islands this one did NOT disappoint I thank you all for a super holiday x

Haven’t been to this hotel for 12 years and saw it had undergone a revamp. Yes the rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean.We booked all inclusive as we knew it was a bit of a walk into town. The drinks were of a great quality and the barmen certainly weren’t shy with their measures. The downside was definitely the food…. Breakfast was cold and i had to microwave it every morning.I have to be gluten free and the bread was terrible and there was no separate toaster which was quite alarming. The salad buffet to be fair was well presented and of average quality the rest was in my opinion poor and very samey. Burgers/ hotdags pizza and chips are not my idea of fine dining .there were other choices but if you didnt like lamb or veal… salad bar it was … the staff in the hotel were lovely apart from mrs grumpy at the poolside bar… she needs to consider a career change… would i go back?… no.. there are far better hotels for the money

Room : lovely spacious room, very large bed, very clean throughout Restaurants : lots of choices, salads, rices,meat dishes, pasta,, Great choice of desserts, can be a little repetitive after 7 days, but we think this happens at most hotels. Bars : Great choice of drinks & mostly all branded 5 ⭐️ Pools : Very clean, always found a couple of sun loungers, maybe in need of more parasols in high season Entertainment : plenty of activities for children & nightly entertainment for children, adult entertainment can be a little lacking some evenings Staff : all the staff work very hard and try to be courteous and polite to all the holiday makers Location : Approximately 20 mins walk to Caleta centre Public area : All public areas are clean & modern. All in all a very pleasant stay

Everything Was great......wonderfull place, people, comfort and food. Lovely place to spand couple days on holiday.
