"This is the most perfect hotel in Calais. Super friendly staff and management. We regularly visit Calais and would not dream of stopping anywhere else. Breakfast buffet is really good with a great choice and times that ensure you can enjoy it leisurely. Bar is excellent and is very reasonably priced. The hotel has secure parking underground which can accommodate both estate and SUV type cars. There is a garden area at the back that is a quiet haven to sit out in, you wouldn't believe you were so near the main road to the beach. We always try to stay in the same room, and this has a wonderfully large comfortable bed and a great rain shower in the bathroom. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough."

"Convenient for the ferries. Parking on site is difficult at busy times as there were a lot of big trucks taking up 3 parking lots each. Far from the city centre. The only eatery nearby is American fast food Memphis Cafe or McDonalds. No air conditioning in the room nor a kettle or fridge."

Although they are serving mostly people going to England the staff speaks extremely limited English and is not helpful at all. "We booked this hotel for one night, and a few days after booking we added a parking place, so we speak to the lady about our reservation. On the day of arriving we call the parking place and we were really shocked to hear they made a mistake with the booking and the booking was a day before arriving!! So when we came to the hotel they wanted us to pay again because we missed the booking. The lady from the customer service was really rude! We never had this bad service before. How you treat your customers is not OK! We will NOT recommend it at all and book another hotel. It is unfortunate because we book a lot of hotels over here. Sincerely Rens M"
