We had a great experience staying at this hotel..front desk staff Mr Yasser and Ms Donia performance are the best. They did their best to meet customer demand. They are very friendly and very accommodating to tourists like us. Their ability to speak good English is certainly an advantage to this hotel as we found it very difficult to communicate with the locals while in egypt. Hotel location is also great near the city and has many shops around. Overall..recommended.

Loved staying at the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Restaurant was very good to eat at. Hotel is a bit tired but the staff more than compensate for this. We are at the restaurant for 3 nights the meals were so big we only ordered one between us.

Clean, good location, not noisy, staff were helpful and stay was well priced. Would book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, a strategic location near to Tahrir square and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to Sherry and all the staff for the warm and welcoming hospitality.

The location is very very good. It's in the walk distance to Tahria Plaza and the museum. The room is very clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs are helpful.

Très bonne hôtel je recommande  Tout le personnel et très gentil et serviable le lit et super grand et très confortable la chambre est très propre rien à dire et le petit déjeuner et bon.

スタッフはとても親切だった。価格の割に清潔感とアメニティが微妙。夜間は犬の遠吠えがうるさい。場所は考古学博物館のあるダウンタウンまで徒歩15分程度。朝食は種類が豊富。

衞生不好旁邊就是貧民窟，感覺不安全，而且入住還要加錢，這個800一晚還不如國內的招待所。我們是4個人入住，但最大的房間也衹有三人。

酒店大堂滿小的，接待員只有一個人所以入住時或要找前台幫忙時都要等很久。房間一般，就是位置近開羅博物館那邊。

お湯が出ず受付に相談するもすぐ改善すると言われ待つこと2時間以上。その間も何度も問い合わせしても改善せず。結局シャワーは浴びれず。 翌日もお湯は出ず茶色の水が少しだけ。その状況で普通に新しいお客を受け入れていた。全く謝る事なく、すぐ改善すると嘘を言い続ける糞ホテルです。お気をつけて下さい。

일단 엘레베이터가 4명 까지 밖에 못 하는데 한 번도 타 본 적이 없습니다. 맨날 사람이 다 있어서. 그리고 뜨거운 물이 안 나오는데 전화를 카운터에 열 번을 넘게 했는데 사람이 계속 안올라와서 내려가서 물어 봤더니 고치는 중이라고 대꾸 하고 전화로는 알겠다고만 하고 서비스가 너무 저질이에요. 그리고 위치도 시내에 있는 줄 알았는데 지도상으로만 시내로 나오는 후미진 곳에 있어가지고 되게 위험하고 근처에 상점도 없어서 엄청 불편합니다. 비추에요.
