Ulasan El-Otel Hotel

Ini adalah B&B di gedung tua Anda tidak dapat menemukannya kecuali Anda menelepon dan meminta seseorang dari B&B untuk membantu memandu Anda. Lingkungan kurang begitu sepi, dan warga sekitar sangat bising pada malam hari. Fasilitas di dalam kamar seadanya, tidak ada tempat menjemur baju, dan AC bocor. Hanya dua botol air yang diberikan pada hari pertama, namun setelah itu tidak ada lagi. Satu-satunya kelebihannya adalah dekat dengan pusat kota. Namun layanan ride-hailing di Mesir sangat murah dan Anda tidak harus tinggal di pusat kota.

AC tidak berfungsi saat suhu 40 derajat Celcius. Mereka berbohong kepada kami dan memberi tahu kami bahwa AC bagus. Gambar tidak ada hubungannya dengan aslinya. Setelah tiga hari pemesanan, kami tidak bisa menyelesaikan masalah AC bahkan setelah komunikasi berulang kali. Bahkan jika kami tidak menginap untuk hari kedua atau ketiga, kami tidak akan memberikan pengembalian uang. Saat berkomunikasi dengan Ctrip, butuh satu atau dua hari untuk membalas.

Kebersihannya cukup bagus, tapi tidak ada layanan kamar. Kami menginap selama empat malam dan mereka bahkan tidak memberi saya layanan pembersihan. Pada hari terakhir, saya membayar untuk perpanjangan sementara dan ingin dibersihkan staf kebersihan akan berangkat di pagi hari~tetapi bosnya sangat antusias! Kurangnya layanan kamar membuat saya berpikir harganya cukup tinggi dan tidak sepadan! Mirip dengan B&B, jadi disarankan untuk menginap di hotel.

真的很差，不敢想象居然電梯都不開。不可以退單衹能硬着頭皮走樓梯一層又一層。

老闆很親切，房間也很大！而且和景點都超級近，附近有很多美食！值得推薦❤️

We found El Otel via *********** and booked it on the basis of 1/ Downtown location, 2/ A couple of positive TA reviews 3/ Online photos, in which the rooms looked nicely furnished and 4/ Room rate. Describing it as a hotel may be stretching it a bit, the rooms are located on the 5th floor of a downtown building and although there is a reception area, there are no communal areas such as a lounge or dining room. Having said that, our room was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The decor is exactly like the photos, definitely quirky. We had a rate including breakfast, which is traditional and is delivered to your room. The location is great if you want to be in Downtown, it is also on a side street so relatively quiet by Cairo standards, although the rear does overlook a pedestrianed street with cafes so there is some late evening hubbub and some early morning clattering of tables and chairs. Both tolerable. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thanks Helmy), promptly replying to msgs in advance and being available via WhatsApp during our stay. An airport transfer was arranged for us, which I would recommend if you are using Sphinx airport which is pretty isolated and also because you may struggle to find El Otel otherwise. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely We stayed a couple of days. Every spot has an Instagram vibes, each room has its own design, impressive details and feminine touch. 2 cats are living in the property (Almond and Sugar) really cute

Okay - walking in to the lobby of the building (El-Otel is on the 5th floor) looked a little scary, however after finding the reception we were greeted very warmly by Yousef who checked us in and showed us to our room. My first thoughts? Holy sh*t there's a teepee in the room. The room was spacious, clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was massive...almost as big as the bedroom it's self. The bed was nice and comfy too. Yousef gave us his WhatsApp number so we could get any recommendations or query anything which was really helpful, as he showed us several nice vegetarian restaurants in the area. About 2 minutes after leaving us in our room, Yousef came back with a gift basket of little snacks and water...seriously this place is amazing. Clean, spacious and fantastic service, there's not much more anyone could ask for

I contacted El Otel and asked them if they had a left luggage facility even if I was not staying with them. They not only allowed me to leave my winter ski bags with them but MET ME AT THE AIRPORT to pick the luggage up from me while we were in transit to Aswan! They were amazing to deal with and communicated via WhatsApp every step of the way. I can not recommend them highly enough! Great service! Thank you!!!

Wonderful hotel with great staff, cute room design and great location. Very clean. You can take very beautiful photos, the wooden shutters are beautiful green and the view from the window is gorgeous . This hotel is animal friendly, it's amazing ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay in Cairo city 💫
