Ulasan Grand Mahkota Hotel

Was unable to stay at this hotel as it was flooding and we were unable to reach the destination. Disappointed that the hotel was not able to provide flexibility to change date or some future stay discount or compensation. They didn't even bother to reply our email. Anyway thanks to Trip.com for trying their best to contact the hotel eventhou the outcome was not favorable.

On entering the hotel, your expectations are high. It's a lovely entrance and a nice setting. Unfortunately it stops here. Being a 4 star hotel, there is an expectation that at least one of the staff can speak English. I have travelled extensively and I know that the language barrier can be difficult. However, a smile, sign language and a mobile phone is an excellent alternative. The numerous staff simply ran away. There is a training issue, so after leaving a room number for staff to add the bill to our room bill, they came to our room requesting payment. There are no facilities for tourists. Breakfast is copious, however a choice of 5 noodle/rice dishes is not a 4 star choice, especially when charging western prices. The room was tired and needs either deep cleaning or refurbishing. When asked about my stay, the staff made no notes of my comments giving the impression that nothing would be changed. Saying that, the room was cleaned daily and security staff were friendly. I really hope there can be improvements here as there is real potential to make it a lovely place to stay

Out of the place location, quite a stand alone, lost in space kinda feeling. Not for those who might want to have a late night supper. Hotel kitchen should NOT be relied on at night. No beers served, even so it's expensive. Choose another

Clean room, good location, food is also delicious and service from staff is very cooperative. For business trip, it is very suitable for discussion with clients.

The location is a bit remote. The room facilities are very old. The disposable slippers are all worn. You can ask the front desk to change them for you. The service is OK. The breakfast is also good. A simple buffet can be chosen. A deposit is required for accommodation, which is not mentioned in the introduction.

easy to park..safe hotel to stay in..tiptop service..just often hear knocking sounds..even though the room is on the top floor..thankfully nothing happened..just husnozon😅

The place is quiet. The room is old and many places are broken. The faucets at the sink are broken. There are some holes in the sheets. The hotel is generally too old. It is recommended to renovate it.
