The hotel is located right at the border gate, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me departing in the evening for an early morning trip to Kunming the next day. The staff were exceptionally helpful—they ensured a swift check-in and even booked a taxi for us to Hekou Station early the following morning. Our room was clean. A minor note: Due to the building’s layout, you’ll need to carry your luggage a short distance to the mezzanine floor, even though there’s an elevator. The elevator itself is also a bit slow.

Good hotel ưith clean location

This was my first time to come to Hekou and I wanted to see Vietnam. I booked this hotel online, which is the closest to the port. I personally feel it is very good. The hotel environment is very good, especially the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. She introduced the place to me even though I was unfamiliar with it. I am a person who cares more about hygiene, and their hygiene service is really excellent. There are many types of breakfast in the morning. It is really worth going to Hekou for friends who come to it.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the river mouth port. A 3-5 minute walk will take you to the old street of Sapa, Vietnam, across the Red River. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. It has its own parking lot! The receptionists were very enthusiastic, the room was not spacious but clean and tidy, full of warmth, the bed was comfortable and I was very satisfied with the stay! In addition, there are not many types of breakfast, but it is no problem to eat enough

The transportation around the hotel is also very convenient. The port is only two or three minutes' walk away, making travel convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this hotel is an excellent choice and is recommended to friends who come to stay
