Far away from being a 5 Star hotel. Muddy rooms, dirty blankets, dirty carpets and very old facilites. Mini mar was empty and overfrozen. Very dirty lift.

The room was clean and quiet. It also had a nice view where you could see the sea and the rainforest.Service was good , and it was easy to call a taxi ,you just need to press a taxi bottom in the lobby and taxi would come to the hotel within 5 to 15 minutes .This was really cool!

thank u for helping me. especially, lovely Jordan who is the receptionist. I am sure she is one of the super kindely person of Ozzys at Cairns. Not far away from the Lagoon of an artificial also safety. It was good for old lady. Who's want to enjoy alone or couple? I recommand.

Perfectly located just at the quiet vicinity of Cairns’ leisure life & tourism. Hotel staffs are very helpful & considerate & efficient. Room settings are comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Cairns for 3 nights, good location, comfy beds, and good services. We even got complementary a bottle of wine for Christmas. Paid $20/day for parking, which is very affordable.

Price-Performance ratio is very good. Location is perfect as it is next to Marina Terminal. Pros: Balcony; Clean; Quiet; Spacious room; Spacious toilet; Clean; Location; Fast check-in & check-out; Cons: no bottle water
