We booked two rooms for three nights. Apparently regular housekeeping shouldn’t be expected even if you are paying high end rates. None of our rooms where cleaned two days in a row. I had to call guest services at 5 pm to request it. Ordering room service is complicated if you don’t want to download the hotel’s App. God forbid you try doing it over the phone since whomever you get from guest services are clueless. We tried the day after that to order breakfast for the morning after, but apparently ordering room service in advance is rocket science in this place. Never coming back.
