We loved the hotel, as a service, they upgraded the room with the balcony one. The quality is very worth it considering its price. Very clean, neat, comfortable, and location is quite good (near downtown part of the city 🏙️). The view was astonishing to the sea 🌊😍

The location was really good. It’s near Nampo-dong, busan station & BIFF Square. The room is small but clean & cozy :) Good value for money!!

The overall service provided by this hotel is just terrible. First, the front desk staff provided us with the wrong room number during check-in and we had to go back down to ground floor to inform the staff that we couldn't access the room before he proceeded to provide the correct room number. It was quite frustrating as there were only 2 lifts to the hotel which takes ages to arrive especially if you are staying at high floors. We were at the 17th floor and have to wait around 1-2 mins for the lift and another 1-2mins to go up or down to the ground floor. You will need to wait for 2-4mins for a lift during peak hours when every one is leaving or heading back to their hotel room. Second, we managed to check in after they updated us with the correct room number but were unable to connect to their wifi as the password provided seems to be wrong. I called the front desk and was told to head back down to ground floor for them to re-issue a new wifi password. I cannot understand why can't they come up to pass me and I have to be the one going down when they were the ones who provided us with the wrong information. Third, you will need to inform the front desk if you want their housekeeping service otherwise they will not do it even when you switch on the housekeeping sign. Even though we had them do housekeeping, there were still dust on the sides of the floors and they even forgot to pass us towel. We called the reception on this but once again were told to head down to ground floor to collect the towels ourselves instead of them coming over to pass it to us. Fourth, the hotel is quite a distance away from the nearest metro and you will need around 5-7mins to from the metro station to the hotel so if you have elderly or young kids I would suggest to find somewhere nearer to the metro. This is honestly one of the worst hotel I've ever encountered so far and I honestly think the review rating here is just rigged. I strongly recommend you look for another hotel if you are staying more than just 1 night in Busan.

I love this hotel. The location is near the Busan KTX station and just 5 minutes walk to Lotte shopping center. The room has a ocean view.

Note that during autumn the hotel will not allow u to switch on the aircon which is ridiculous as the room reached 30 degree during noon. View was great tho. Note that there is no bath tub and that u need to go down to lobby to request for room cleaning (the tags on the door mean nothing, same with the switchesl. Staff were generally versed in english.

The location is great, bus stop and convenient store in few steps away. Lotto mall and lotto mart within walking distance, easy to get to local markets and attractions. The facilities in the hotel is good with self service laundry room and kitchen.

Great location and value for money. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Service staff that checked us in and out were friendly. A pity that the dryer machine was down (it wouldn't take our cash or turn on). When we sought help from the front desk, one of the staff in spectacles (I assumed a manager or senior staff as he was in suit) was reluctant to assist us, he was quite inpatient and unfriendly (he rudely told us the machine only take coins which we later found out was not true. He actually just walked off without really assisting us. We ended up having to air-dry our wet clothes in the cold autumn weather, which was not the best experience). That minor incident aside, we had a great stay.

The view of this room is amazing (we were so lucky to be in the highest floor (19.) though, so I am not sure how it would be in the same room, but a lower floor). Once we entered, the floor was still a bit dirty, and also in the following days, cleaning was not the best (it was acceptable for us though, since I prefer having no smell and no mold). The front desk staff is not really fluent in English, so it's good to have some patience and maybe try working with translation in case of any questions. The location is pretty good too, it is not far from a metro station that is one stop away from Busan station, so that's pretty convenient. To go around in Busan, however, is a bit more complicated, but if one can use the bus it gets easier. There are some famous attractions near the hotel, such as the Jagalchi fish market or a bunch of other markets and a shopping mall. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, as it is new and definitely a good bargain for this amazing view (make sure to choose "ocean view" though!).

I do recommend this place :) It’s not near Haewondae but 국제시장. I liked the location personally
