Due to unforeseen changes to our plans we stayed here for two nights. We were charged €100 a night to stay in a small, basic room, underground with only a window to an air duct. If you absolutely have no choice, then go for it, otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere, especially at the ridiculously high prices we had to pay.

It was 8 degrees outside and no heating on in the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were very çold. The shower was quite high and the access narrow. Two windows in the room were only 4 or 5 inches wide and only led to adjacent rooms. The bed was small and had a thin mattress so not comfortable. The breakfast room was also cold and breakfast options were poor. I would never stay there again.

Great location in the center, pleasant helpful service, clean though somewhat spartan room, clean bathroom, limited buffet breakfast. Near to #2 bus to/from the train station.

El hotel está muy chulo y la atención es inmejorable. Nos dejaron guardar las bicicletas en un trastero. Nos falló una empresa que contratamos nosotros para transportar las bicicletas a Ponferrada y ellos nos facilitaron en menos de 1 hora una empresa de transportes a un precio muy bueno.

Hotel tres bien situé dans le centre mais sans bruit. Personnel agréable. Parking à 3mn à pieds et possibilité de de garer devant l'hôtel pour décharger. Propreté dans la chambre et les parties communes. Literie confortable.

Es un hotel que sólo es para dormir. Tienes que tener esto claro antes de reservar. No es para hacer vida en la habitación ya que es pequeña y sin apenas iluminación exterior. Si tienes claro esto, el precio, barato, y la excelente ubicación son sus puntos fuertes. La recepcionista fue super amable.

Hicimos una reserva a través de una agencia de viajes para 2 adultos y mi hijo de 9 años.La sorpresa al llegar allí fue mayúscula.Dos camas de 80 cada una para dormir todos alegando que la reserva se hizo en doble,o sea,para 2 personas y no para 3.Gracias a la agencia que nos demostró que en su reserva habían puesto 3 personas y no 2 como ellos nos quisieron hacer creer y que intercedió en el caso.Aún así no nos dieron otra habitación porque alegaron que estaban completos.La agencia nos devolvió 40€ de los 140 que nos costó una noche en un hostal que no llega ni a media categoría y tuve que dormir con mi hijo en una cama donde uno tuvo que dormir para los pies y el otro para la cabeza

Cuando vas a reservar en Burgos este es uno de los más baratos, si lo quieres simplemente para pasar la noche, sin grandes pretensiones, muy céntrico. El chico joven de la recepción súper amable, nos explicó todo y nos recomendó que hacer en Burgos fenomenal, súper atento y muy simpático
