Lake Mohave Marina and Lodge

I stayed at the bungalows and it was horrible i will never stay there again their website says military stays for 12$ a night for the camp sites and my family was charged 50 for two nights n then said there was no such thing as a military discount only a senior discount and as we waited for the general manager to come her employee had it pulled up and she had a nasty attitude and was still saying there was no military discount even though her employee had it right in front of her face then said no refunds after being charged wrongfully then when i got my room it had so much bugs it was infested everywhere in room 52 was told there was a fridge in the room on the phone and got told there was a military discount on the phone a week before and then when i called to get the room they didnt know what i was talking about but the lady said she can give me a 10% off n i said ok and then didnt give it to me and she gave me another room that had no fridge so the third room later got another room still had bug on pillows thank goodness i brought my own blankets and pillows and sheets the shower was dirty n had blood on the curtain the fridge was dirty inside and on top u could tell the floor hadnt been mopped in who knows how long or swept found hair ties from a previous guest it wasnt dusted in who knows how long. It has sheets over sheets on the bed was told on the phone if we get the bungalow we r able to use the beach and they came out yelling at us and much more i WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I feel like i should be refunded completely. There is much more to say as well dont waste ur money staying here
