Ulasan Ker San Telmo Hotel

Hotel muy lindo, con buenas instalaciones y servicios. El unico problema que tuvimos fue que nos pidieron dinero de seguro para ingresar y se retornaba al ingreso, y tenia que ser en efectivo/tarjeta de credito ,el cual no contabamos en el momento y no lo decia ningun docuemnto previo. Mas alla de eso, se resolvio y la estadia fue buena.

O hotel é bem localizado, os quartos são limpos e as instalações estão em bom estado. Tive um problema na chegada pois reservei um quarto pela Trip para 4 pessoas e no hotel, me disseram que não era permitido ficar 4 pessoas em um quarto só. Então, as atendentes me deram a opção de reservar 2 quartos ou cancelar a hospedagem. Agora, imaginem: para onde eu iria com minha família às 20h em outro país? Fiquei bastante chateado com isso. Tive de reservar dois quartos, pagar a mais e pasmem: ao chegar no primeiro quarto tinha duas camas king, ou seja, caberia eu e minha família em um só quarto sem problemas. A Trip deveria observar isso antes de vender hospedagens para que o cliente não seja prejudicado.

很好的酒店，離女人橋和san telmo街區很近

第一次遇到這麼奇葩的規定，要求早上10點前退房，出差在外週六早上都不能睡懶覺。雖然酒店有註明，下單的時候還是沒看到啊，想當然是12點，唉😔酒店床超小，隔音效果差，都能聽到隔壁房的鼾聲。酒店走路，電梯，房間都是滿滿的劣質香水味。早餐也極其簡單。

房間很大，健身房有點讓人失望

Good hotel, lot of places near by. Very good breakfast, don’t miss the fried potatoes, it was yummy. Good for Vegan, Vegetarian and Buddha people. ☺️.

Great location close to Puerto Madero. Room was updated and spacious. Included breakfast was above average and the coffee was excellent! Special kudos to front desk agent Facundo, who went the extra mile in accommodating our request for an early check-in. All-in-all, an excellent value for the money.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and it’s in a good area handy for Placa de Mayo & Casa Rosada. The dining room and pool area are shabby with mouldy ceilings and when it rains buckets are placed around to catch the leaks. Food was ok, lots of cakes/sweet things plus eggs. In 2 of the days the fresh fruit had run out and wasn’t replaced and had to ask for plates in 2 days as there weren’t any, no tables are laid so you have to get you own cutlery plates glasses etc. I think it’s a bit over priced for the poor condition of dining room & shabby pool area

We stayed at the Ker San Telmo twice during a recent trip to Argentina. Both times the experience was a very positive one. The rooms we had were very clean and only had very minor cosmetic issues. The entire hotel appears clean and well managed and the staff has been very helpful. The only issue which occurred at both arrivals was that I initially was offered one, rather than the two connecting rooms I had booked - both times the matter was resolved within minutes.

Great facility and in safe area. Convenient taxi/Uber rides everywhere. Breakfast was just mediocre Very friendly staff and helpful Would stay here again

This hotel is in a good location, Tango shows in walking distance. Lobby staff are very courteous and speaks English. Breakfast was adequate, we ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good. Bed was comfortable, Wifi was good, air con worked and had hot water with good pressure. Would recommend this hotel as it was good value, location and great staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to walk to many interesting places: San Telmo, plaza de Mayo with the cabildo, Cathedral and Casa Rosada. As well as walking distance to Puente de la Mujer and many bars and restaurants in Puerto Madero.

Excellent hotel. Great clean spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Great hotel and within walking distance to San Telmo and multiple subway lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms super nice.
