the rooms are a bit small but not bad overall. breakfast is average. the staff was great at the check in shift (polite and helpful) and bad at the checkout shift (rude and unfriendly).

Yes, this hotel is clean, but we had not one, but two incidents of major theft and we can't prove it, of course. They went through our bags when they cleaned the room and took a LOT! There was also another incident so do NOT leave your bags with them in storage. Do NOT stay here!!

We came for 4 days. good breakfast (eggs, fruits ext, cheese..). nothing fancy but sympatic. good rooms. a very centeral position in Maipu street in Ricolleta nighbourhood. the people at the reception helped with any question and provided us great tips (how to use transportation wisely, where to get the Blue Dollars in the best rates). Without inner information you don't get along in this city.

We have been regular customers at this hotel for about twenty years. Unfortunately on our recent stay we found the gentleman on evening duty far from helpful. Post pandemic …common areas clean and freshly painted…rooms a bit on the tired side…breakfast adequate if you want a sugar bomb start to the day. We would no longer recommend this area as either safe, nor interesting for a stay in Buenos . It’s depressing to say the least.

Hotel bem localizado. Dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. Check-in rápido. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto aconchegante. Silencioso. Ar condicionado ótimo. Toalhas de banho grande,novas e limpíssimas. Chuveiro ótimo. Roupas de camas muito cheirosas e novas. Experiência ótima!

Es para pasar 1 dia como mucho, habitación diminuta, no hay para guardar la ropa, el baño es muy chico, no tiene ninguna percha para colgar la ropa. Los enchufes asi como la caja fuerte están en lugares de lo mas incomodos, hay que arrodill**** para poder alcanzarlos.. es increible que no hay pensado en solucionar esto
