Very good hotel, especially the location is especially suitable for tourists, go out is the obelisk landmark, opposite the Cologne Grand Theatre, eat nearby, play, shopping and everything.

I didn’t take breakfast, but the next morning I decided to try it. I asked at the reception if it was possible? Yes of course without problems. The choice is poor. Only scramble and hot bacon. Baking is not very good🥴. As soon as I sat down at the table, a girl came running up to me and asked for my number, then she started shaking papers in front of me and saying that I didn’t have breakfast. I calmly replied that I was aware. She started writing the price, but I already knew. 20450 pesos. She ran away, but then came running again with checks for me to sign. Is this generally normal for this level of hotel?! As if I would run away and not cry! Breakfast was ruined and so was my mood. Imagine my surprise when, at check-in, I was given a bill for 61 thousand pesos😡😡😡! What it was, I don't know. But then the girl asked how many times did I have breakfast?! Do you even work there separately from each other?! Ugliness! The neighboring 3-star hotel did not have such horror! I had breakfast calmly, I just wrote down the room number and that’s it. When leaving, I calmly paid. I left my suitcase for a couple of days, and only then read reviews about thefts. I was worried, but thank you 🙏 everything turned out fine. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances, there are others nearby that are more expensive and cheaper, but definitely better!
