Hotel Hygge

That time we arrived no body at the hotel .. all rooms are empty.. only us.. so scary.. and no receptionist.. need to call many time to ask about the room code😫

We only stayed for one night. The whole hotel was empty when we got there at 7 pm. Initially my wife wanted to switch hotels due to it scaring her. We called the number listed and it was another hotel that doubled as an answering service for our hotel. The man we spoke with was less than friendly and would not give us our money back or let us change rooms even though the place was empty. We took off and went to dinner and when we came back there were 3 other rooms with people so we decided to stay. The room was super clean and the refrigerator and tv worked well. The a/c unit which was also the heater was noisy so we could not use it. Overall a very decent place to stay. It didn’t get 5 stars due to the a/c and service over the phone but it was a solid 4 stars!

Nice little gem. Cute Scandinavian interior design. Simple and minimalist but cozy. The bed had clean linens and it was plush. Great toiletries from Malin + Goetz, which is a higher end brand. The room was clean and it was close to the Buellton Wineries and Solvang town is so close a 7 min drive. The check in was self check-in. They send you instructions with a code to enter the room once you call them and give your card for incidentals. I was able to use their sister hotel gym that was a 1 min drive. Really nice gym with Olympic weights, rowing machines and everything you need for a good workout. Overall 10/10 and you stay here again!

Had to wait outside of property for over an hour because my room was not ready as promised. No lobby to even use a restroom after my 4 hour drive. Also no housekeeping. You have to get your own room supplies in a separate area

Simple and to the point. There is no front desk to check in with but there are staff responsive via text. The room was neat, clean and simple. Parking was right out front of the room. Honestly, just what we needed without the extra fluff!

Nice hotel; horrible bed. Mattress sunk! I’m ok with the invisible contactless service, but was not comfortable giving my credit card info via phone! The person who answered the phone didn’t even give me the right hotel name. Had to go to Sideways to give my card info in person.

Second time we came here. It's nice and clean. I wish the AC was quieter and we couldn't get the firepit to work. Make sure to check your email and call yhe number yo get the access code.
