The room is very clean and the room service staff is very enthusiastic! The view outside the window is great! The front desk staff is very patient, the language communication is stress-free, and they also took the initiative to help us store our luggage and contact the taxi driver for the vehicle. The hotel's meals are also very local and taste good😊

The location is very good, and you can basically walk to all the attractions in Buda. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The plane landed in the morning and arrived at the hotel at around 9 o'clock. The lady let us wait for half an hour and then checked us in early. The breakfast was also very rich and the room was very beautiful. It can be said that this is one of the most satisfactory hotels in the entire trip.

The location is perfect, right and one of the shopping streets where you can walk to a lot of the attractions. The hotel has 2 exits where one is open 24/7 where the reception is and where you can be dropped off by taxi. The other is on the shopping street, closing at 22.00 because it is also where the hotel restaurant Winestone is located. The restaurant has a good variety of food and very friendly and diligent staff which goes for the whole hotel. The breakfast is not served in the restaurant, but on the 2. floor. It has eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, small pancakes, fruit, a little bit of vegetables. Could have liked the hot food to be hot, it was seldom the case. The room was nice with safety deposit box, coffee/tea, 1 bottle of water each day, mini bar and shampoo + shower gel and hair dryer. The room was cleaned spotless every day! The room becomes a bit hot and it helps to open the window. Right now there is construction going on, so you don't want the window open while they work. In the ground floor there is a fitness room with a good variety of equipment. The front desk staff is very helpful. We used the cleaning service for having some shirts ironed. That worked very well.

I booked a Ctrip beggar’s version room and spent money to upgrade. It is recommended to book a street view room with windows that can be opened. The details of the room are pretty good. I forgot to take a photo. It’s the same as the picture online. The service at the door is like this. After tipping, you will be replaced... The front desk is quite helpful, but the quality of the doorman needs to be improved. The restaurant is good and there is sparking wine freeflow for breakfast…

My second stay at this hotel. Very happy to see, after my previous comment that it would be nice to have tea & coffee making facility in the room, the hotel reached out to me saying it is available if I ask at the desk. On this stay, it was already in my room. SO good to see a hotel that is proactive to feedback. Definitely my go-to hotel whenever I am in Budapest!

The hotel is superbly located. In the city center and near the metro and buses to the airport. The room was a bit dirty especially the carpet. The bathroom was very clean and the bed too. Better than expected given the comments I saw. The overall atmosphere and decor of the hotel are lovely and very climatic. If they can clean better it would be great. I would stay again if visiting Budapest.

The hotel is very good, it is an old-fashioned hotel with many rooms. It can be seen that it has a lot of history and local style. The price-performance ratio is good. It is good to experience it. It is located in the Jewish district. There is a horror house attraction nearby. The attraction was once the office of the Nazis in Budapest. Many items are worth seeing.

We were given a room with a terrible noise coming from the top of the roof. It was a smoke machine or something similar. . We exposed it and they changed it for another one without noise. There were two armchairs in the middle of the room. Either there was too much chair or there was no room. The bathroom is good. The old towels. Good buffet breakfast. Very good location.

Services provided by the staff are excellent.The room is clean but the bed is not so comfortable as the mattress sunk in at the side which we cannot sit on the bed edge We stayed for 5 nights but was only given one bottle water - we asked and was told only first day is complimentary but after which if we want bottle water - we have to pay for it.🙀 The buffet breakfast was good

Fantastic stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations with exceptional service, spotless rooms, and convenient amenities. Perfectly located for my needs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
