Mercure Budapest Castle Hill

Hotelnya tampak agak tua, terutama liftnya. Seharusnya dirawat dengan baik. Ukuran kamarnya cukup besar. Pemandangannya menyenangkan. Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun metro, trem, dan bus, yang merupakan nilai tambah.

Pacar saya memesan hotel ini untuk ulang tahun saya dan pihak hotel menyiapkan makanan penutup, buah-buahan, dan sampanye untuk merayakan ulang tahun saya, sungguh menyenangkan dan sangat saya hargai. Selain itu, ada minibar di kamar, kami bisa mendapatkan minuman gratis setiap hari serta mesin kopi. Pemandangan dari kamar bagus, kami bisa melihat kota dari jendela. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah tempat menginap yang nyaman dengan harga murah.

Hotel yang bagus, dekat dengan Kota Tua dan transportasi umum. Jaraknya bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke pusat kota. Tenang dan bersih, sayangnya orang-orang tidak merawat perabotan dan dinding dengan baik.

Lokasinya cukup dekat dengan metro, yang sangat praktis! Namun, mereka tidak membersihkan kamar kami selama tiga malam, dan banyak air yang tumpah dari pancuran di kamar mandi.

After arriving at the hotel I booked through Trip.com, I noticed that the actual prices were different from those shown on Trip.com. Trip.com states that the daily parking fee is €18, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were charged €33. The hotel staff told us that the prices shown on Trip.com are outdated. The same issue applies to breakfast: Trip.com shows a price of €20 per person, but the hotel charges a higher amount. The hotel staff explained that the prices on Trip.com have not been updated. But is this really my responsibility? I understand that €15 is not a large amount of money, but this is about principle. I feel misled because I made my booking based on the prices displayed on Trip.com. For this reason, I kindly request a refund of the €15 difference.

This is the worst Mercure hotel I have stayed in . The check -in staff seemed overworked and didn't care about you as customers because the hotel was fully booked. You never see a smile on their face. Why even work in the hotel business???

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience at Mercure Budapest Castle Hill My stay at Mercure Budapest Castle Hill was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning was very poor, making the room uncomfortable. The toilet had a terrible smell, which made the stay even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, the service from the reception staff was very poor. The staff were not helpful or welcoming, and the overall customer service was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. A hotel should provide basic comfort, cleanliness, and professional service, but unfortunately, my experience failed on all three fronts. I would not recommend this hotel unless management takes serious steps to improve the air conditioning, bathroom hygiene, and reception service. Definitely not the experience I expected from Mercure.

We didn't have air conditioning in our room. We asked the receptionist in evening time to check and he came to check in the room and said that there is problem. And tomorrow morning will come person to fix it. We all day were outside and coming back to the room evening time so we couldn't know if it works. Unfortunately we suffered 3 days and opening the window little bit because we can't open more. But anyway we have some air but we have a lot of noise from outside of cars and ambulance. It was a bad situation and vacation for me and for my wife. I already wrote it in my 4 traveling groups .
