Great location. I found hair stick to side of sink when I walked in to the bathroom of the room we booked .

Great location, luxurious atmosphere in rooms & corridor, very helpful staff. Had an issue with shower area door being a bit faulty - was immediately rectified. Price was great too!

No ice in room service . And room are small . But in general good for 2 nights .

Walls are not soundproof at all.

A great little hotel with a beautiful clean room and the perfect central location for exploring Budapest. The room has a small fridge and the WiFi was excellent. They also have a nice little breakfast room on the top floor.

Was given an upgraded room after the room I was given at check-in was not made. The room as well as the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quite efficient. My only complaint was the breakfast each morning. The eggs were runny and the potatoes were undercooked. The juices didn't work on the 2nd morning. Otherwise, I would happily reserve here once again.

No shower gel or soap in Dispenser. Central location. Can be a bit difficult to find.

The Lobby is not an indicator of the exceptional quality of the room. the room is incredibly spacious and very clean. The bathroom is updated and very clean. The Hotel is centrally located to all points of interest.

Property well located in centre around all tourist attractions. Staff were excellent Beds hard and uncomfortable

The hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes walk from transport links and shopping bars and restaurants on your doorstep Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly We had a room on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel so was very quiet Inly negative was we travelled in November and the room is set to heat. Our room was a constant 24/25 degrees far too hot. You cannot cool this down We had to sleep with the window open it was too hot Apart from that great hotel and would stay again

The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for getting around in the area, for both public transport and walking.
