Novotel Budapest City

Hotel Is not so central, you need car or public transport. Hotel building is becoming old, outside and inside. Rooms are clean but they start to be tired. Toilet: split area shower/wc makes everything small.. In general, nothing special. Breakfast, quite overcrowded but good food

It is a lovely hotel as expected of a Novotel. The staff were all welcoming and were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and having the gym and the indoor pool was a bonus for my teens. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed on the 8th floor and the view outside was amazing. Only downside to our stay was that the AC in one of the two rooms we stayed in was not working.

Convenient location, average breakfast, overall stay = good

This is my first time to visit Hungary and I feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The room is very clean and they provide a great breakfast. The hotel staff are all so helpful, friendly and professional. A million thanks from a Malaysian.

It’s an old hotel building that the management hasn’t been keen on cleanliness. I found cobwebs in my bathroom. Some lifts are not working at times and there was always a queue for the elevators.

Good service The elevators are too slow, have to wait long Location is ok,need take the bus to go to the center

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I noticed a leaking in my sink and reported, the receptionist immediately called the maintenance staff, and offered an upgraded room for me.
