The hotel locates in a great location, closed to Metro station and luxury brand shops. The room service staff is nice. The hotel facilities are limited such as no hair conditioner, no slippers, no complimentary water. However, when I asked the front desk staff about the air-condition not functioning, he is so rude to reply me that the outside weather is cool (20 degree) and we can open the window instead. For me, the instruction in room is not clear enough

The hotel staff that helped us to check in was not friendly in his way of speaking. We asked if there is any chance of free upgrade since we are staying for a few nights to celebrate birthday and honeymoon but we ended up getting the first-floor room with a view into pebbles (very ugly). However, the room itself was clean. Hotel lobby smells good. Room service was quick too.

We know the hotel for a long time. In the gym no AC. my wife went in the gym to practice and all sweat of the previous people on the equipment. Smokers smell in the gym. Cleaning of the room is below standards and even one day they forgot to clean the room. Never go back again

The hotel is located in a good place but I would like to point out that the refrigerator did not work from the first day I asked for it to be replaced and in the end unfortunately after 4 requests they replaced the refrigerator that did not work just the night before we left, in addition there was no air conditioner with cooling in the room they told me at the reception that it is because it is always cold there and that is not true My wife and I suffocated from the heat that was there, in addition the window was also locked with a key and there was no way to open it at all. The room is decent. Toilet and shower are relatively small. Other than that, it was great.

4성급 호텔중 가장 저렴해요. 호텔 주차장이 있는데 이용하면 17유로를 내야해요. 차라리 주말이나 저녁9시 이후에는 길거리에 주차 할 수 있으니 밖에다 주차하세오.

C'était mon hôtel préféré et choix absolu pour Budapest. J'ai remarqué un grand changement sur l'attitude de personnel. Lors de mon séjour pendant 4 nuits, j'ai eu rarement de salutations dans cet hôtel, sauf un jeune bar man avec lunettes et certains staff de l'accueil. Je suis étonné par la manque de professionnalisme et la politesse d'une employée à l'accueil : jamais eu de salutations même quand elle marche vers moi, jamais de sourire, jamais d'excuses pour faire attendre 1 heure sans donner de nouvelle à la demande de fer à repasser. Faites attention : il n'y a que des escaliers pour accéder à l'hôtel par la porte principale. Si vous avez des valises volumineuse ou pesantes, ce serai compliqué. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il sera presque impossible de grimper ces escaliers pour entrer à l'hôtel. Le vrai atout de cet hôtel est son emplacement. J'essayerai d'autres pour mon prochain séjour à Budapest.

O hotel está super bem localizado e o staff é bastante prestativo. O café da manhã não estava incluído na minha reserva mas achei que pelo preço ele valia bastante a pena. Super recomendo para quem quer fazer tudo a pé, a localização é excelente.

Süper bir şehir oteli. Avrupa da ilk aradığım şey kahvaltısının doyurucu ve çeşidinin bol olmasıdır. Avrupa ölçeğinde beni tatmin etti. Sadece saunasının çalışmaması eksi puan oldu. Merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakika. Bir çok turistik yere yürüme mesafesinde. Odada kettle çay ve kahve imkanı var.
